Bought a bag of dog treats for my Morkie. They gave her severe pancreatitis. Vet bill was $201. Took the partial bag of dog treats back for a refund. Was told they wouldn’t refund my money. Was extremely disappointed in there policy which wasn’t posted and not on my receipt. Beware of what you buy there!

So friendly and helpful! I went in on a whim after going to the Aldi next door. I asked about top quality, grain free cat foods. I was given free samples of Farmina N&D for my cat to try. He is hooked! And I am thrilled with the quality ingredients. Making a trip back to Munchies this week to thank the staff and purchase some of their top notch foods.

Donna was an absolute joy to speak with and worked with me to find the best food for my 2 labradors that have allergies. I went in looking for a hold over bag as I am waiting for my "autoship" to arrive... delays as I am sure many others have had to deal with. Donna now has a loyal customer going forward and always happy to support LOCAL! :)

I have been living in Oldsmar for 10 years and I have just found this little pet store. I was surprised it has been an Oldsmar staple for 20 years and there is a reason for it. The staff is AMAZING! They are knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. My husband and I had quite a few questions; Donna was so helpful and you can tell she really has a passion for what she does. She knows here customers by name, which is something that you don't always get at a larger store. We are completely converted, after our amazing experience, we could think of shopping anywhere else for our pets.

First time ever coming to this pet store and it's definitely one of my favorites now. I bought my dog two bags of treats and a new toy not that he needed a new toy 🤗. He loves his new toy and he loved the new treats as well. I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff. Thank you for being a natural pet store!!! Awesome staff so welcoming and nice. The female employee that helped me was super nice and had tons of information on their products!

What a great pet store - if you want quality nutrition for your pet, this is the place. Donna, the manager, is unfailingly helpful, kind & knowledgeable and her staff is absolutely top notch too. I feed my cats and dogs raw food & Donna is always special ordering larger quantities for me which I truly appreciate. They stock a great variety of food & treats: raw, kibble, wet food, dehydrated and freeze dried, if it’s a quality product Munchies has it.

I have been going here for years, I have only had one issue with a bag and they delt with it in such a professional, kind manner, attending to my needs. But I have never had an issue with anyone or the company at all. They have a wide variety of dog food, treats and toys. Everyone that works here is so kind and informative and they connect with you on a personal level and gives you that homey feel. I recommend everyone go here, its the only place I go to for dog food. I want to say thank you to everyone that works here for being so amazing!

I have been going to Munchies since it’s been open the first time, I love the store it like my family. I know everyone there! Specialty Donna she is my hero. Every time I go I always ask her is any new food product for my dogs and she is always showing me what is new. And always helping me and making me feels comfortable letting me know what’s is good for my dogs. Thank you Donna for being there!!!
