The ladies here are fabulous! No matter how busy they are, all of them make it a point to speak to you and either help you or let you know when you'll be helped and by who. They really listen to their customers instead of just jumping in with what they think suits them best. However, they're also more than happy to assist you every step of the way if that's what you need....showing you exactly how to apply everything flawlessly. Every experience I've had at this location has been wonderful.

I have been using MAC for years and I love it. However, my experience at this location was terrible. The manager accused me of continuously exchanging shades of foundation and stated it is not “good” for their business. My mom had bought me a shade lighter than what I am now. When I brought it back, they were unable to do an even exchange for this unused item to match the shade I needed. They were going to have me pay $16 to exchange the same exact product, unused, in a different shade. I will be spreading the word on how terrible of a service a received at this Belk.

Do not order online. I order some gifts for Mother Days on 5/4 . I just got off the phone with the rep and she tells me I want receive a tracking number until 5/21. A tracking number not what i order.

I needed makeup at the last minute on a Sunday and was blessed to have Sheryl do my makeup at Mac. I showed her a picture and she exceeded my expectations while ensuring she provided great customer service to others as well. I received so many compliments! Thank you Sheryl! You saved the day and my makeup was beautiful!

I goes the rating would depend on whether I'm rating the product or the customer service. Despite the fact that no one ever seems to want to spend more than 2 seconds answering questions I did buy some eye shadows and they were great, great pigmentation and they stay on all day. I got a sample of the full coverage foundation after hearing great things but no sooner did the girl try one color on me she walked away and I don't think it's the right color so I'll have to try it and see. Someone told me to schedule an appointment and buy $30 with if product to get them to spend a few minutes trying colors with me, seems they'd want to help so they can sell more products but I guess not.

Went there to get a full make up done. It was my wedding day. My face was gold!!!!! My eye brows where extremely think. When the guy finished he learned it was his 1st ever full face. I was horrified. He used a liquid foundation that was darker than my tone , and used a powder that was light than my tone. Every time I touched my face I saw a dark chacolate mark. I face looked horrible for my wedding. I will never let them touch my face again. !!!!!

This review is regarding the STORE and not the brand. Walked into the MAC counter at BELK at Haywood Mall. The cosmetics representative paid absolutely NO attention and offered no help. She was too busy talking to a co-employee. Got me the WRONG finishing powder I asked for. Clearly did NOT know her products. I wish MAC would open their own store here rather than a kiosk inside a department store.

I went to get some makeup I needed and get my makeup done mostly because I wanted to learn how to do my eye makeup. I did not have an appointment but Azaria was willing to do it for me but she said she would have to get costumers since I didnt have an appointment (which I was totaly okay with!). She explained how she was doing everything, asked what I wanted and even let me do my other eye so I could learn! Definitely will be buying more there because of this experience!

Have my maternity pictures today and went for my appointment that was at 330 and they said it was at 3. Arrived what I thought was five minutes early. My appointment was for a full make over which on the website states it's for 90 minutes... yet I'm 25 minutes late by complete accident thinking I'm early and they can do nothing. I came in to also exchange 12 empty product bottles because I am a regular at this store. Will never return to this mac again. Terrible customer service and ruined a day I'm meant to remember for the rest of my life.
