I dropped my brand new phone the day I got it. Sadly, I didn't have insurance so I took it to Cell Doc thinking it would be cheaper than an authorized Google repair shop using genuine parts. Come to find out later, that ended up not being the case but that's besides the point. I was quoted two different prices for the same service. They took almost an entire week AFTER the date they said it would be finished. I called on the day it was supposed to be ready and was told to "call back in 3 days and see if it was finished," so I called in 3 days and I was told that no, it wasn't and that they had my number on file and would text me when it was. I came a few days later planning on grabbing my phone whether it was done or not and the guy at the counter goes "oh yeah it was done yesterday." All this was annoying but I was just glad to have my phone back. Now, keep in mind it was BRAND NEW before I cracked the screen, so why after I picked it up did I notice only one of my speakers is working, and there's a large dent In the metal on the back of my phone??? I'm beyond disappointed with my service and for almost 300$ I really wish I would have taken it to somewhere certified. Please learn from my mistake. ~Reese

I needed makeup at the last minute on a Sunday and was blessed to have Sheryl do my makeup at Mac. I showed her a picture and she exceeded my expectations while ensuring she provided great customer service to others as well. I received so many compliments! Thank you Sheryl! 5 stars because despite me never using this pet hospital before they were able to get me into an appointment for my dog the same day I called. They were friendly and understanding. They were great with my dog and allowed in person patient visits over the previous norm of waiting outside. Very nice interior and I felt like my animal was in good hands. $62 for a patient visit which is $100 cheaper than an emergency pet visit. ~Tyler

This is a terrible company. The pods driver struck two buildings and one light pole as he delivered a pod. Then he drove off. The customer told him that he was seen on camera and he said he did not care. Then he left. PODS has not bothered to try to pay for any damages and won’t respond to calls concerning the claim. This happened 3 ½ months ago. I will never allow a POD anywhere near my property again! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Try to call the Greenville, SC office. You won’t get an answer. ~David

I ordered from Aaron's online .I went through so much miscommunication on their part that is ridiculous and I didn't even have the furniture yet. So I talk to the manager he was cool and he fixed some things I needed him too then when i Finally got my bedroom set it missing bed rails so my bed is on the floor smh lol I called them they said an extra $7 to my bill or $104 cash for rails so my Experience with Aaron's Has Been Frustrating to Now Funny Because who gets a bedroom set with no rails but it's cool ~YSN
