Too slow, the CS was snappy , it was hot in there...and didn't get to the bottom of our issue. But a good thing: they have lil sessions to teach you about your apple products. Sweet to see an elderly couple sitting in on a session!!!

If your expectation is to walk into the (not crowded) store and just quickly buy a phone, you'll get dissapointed. They had staff members telling customers how long they were supposed to wait until someone else will even be available to talk to them. In my case an hour. They should rather have people to sell stuff over the counter for customers that know what they want. Decided to buy online.

I was traveling to South Carolina from Illinois to visit family. I was having issues with the battery in my iPhone, so my son told me to make an Appt at the Haywood Mall in Greenville. He would take me up to Greenville (to the mall) to have it replaced. I made the appt a week in advance with the Genius Bar. They got me checked in immediately, but when the employee checked, he said they did not have any batteries. I was flabbergasted!! I gave them a week’s notice and they couldn’t call me ahead of time to tell me they didn’t have a battery?? What Apple Store doesn’t have an Apple battery?? So now I have to find a Certified store in my area when we get home. What a wasted trip for my son and I. (You only got a star at all because it wouldn’t post otherwise.)

This place was packed however we were helped fairly quickly with appointment. I rated 3 because my daughter's Macbook had to be kept for repairs and we purchased a keyboard for her IPad so she wouldn't miss college assignments and the gentleman who helped us with the keyboard told us the one we purchased was the right one for her generation and it definitely WAS NOT! $300 is a lot of money as is over an hour drive at $4.49 a gallon in gas. He could have confirmed the fit before he hastily made the sale.

Emily helped me purchase an iPhone and accessories, and she was phenomenal. In a busy store, she gave me her complete attention and walked me through everything extremely efficiently. She put my screen protector on for me and replaced it when she noticed a tiny speck of dust. The employees seemed to have a great rapport with each other and the environment they created was friendly, kind and patient.

My husband and I, had the best experience with Brian at Applebee's. While we waited at curbside he gave my husband some water to take his medicine for allergies 🤧. He was so polite and great management etiquette. Thank you 😊 and the food was awesome 👌 👏 Let me also add that Georgia the associate manager 😀 also very polite, respectful and has great customer service experience 😀 I love this location 😀

SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I came in on a busy Saturday morning to pick-up an order I made that morning. For some reason the order was not ready on time - Apple is not able to complete my online order. Spoke to 2 store representatives who told me to wait until I receive a confirmation from Apple saying that the order is ready…(My appointment to pick-up the item was 11AM and the order was still on “Processing” Status at 1145AM. Everyone is pretty much saying I have to wait until it says ready.) It was getting pretty frustrating at that time since I still have other things to do later that day and I do not have much time left. I called Apple’s customer care, spoke to 2 agents on separate occasions and they said I have to wait until the product is ready. Eventually one of the store representatives (Jason) talked to me about the issue - checked the order on the back end and said the same thing. However, Jason took the initiative to give me other options on what to do. I explained to him that I still have other things to do, and I have to fly later that day - and that the only reason why I needed the item was because I have to give it as a late Christmas Gift to my best-friends. Jason apologized for the inconvenience, went above and beyond by solving the issue. He ended up giving the items in store and advised to cancel my on-line order as soon as the status updates. Jason made my day! He did a great job. I hope he will be recognized by the store for doing an awesome job in solving what might be a simple customer issue. It may not mean a lot for some store agents, but it did mean a lot to me as a customer because you know that he really was committed into resolving my issue. ***UPDATE*** It is quarter to 5PM and the online order still says “Processing”….Could you imagine if I waited for the order to update, I would have wasted my day and missed my flight. Jason made the right call. What a good employee!

Highly satisfied with the service. Located in the Haywood mall. Got an appointment after about two hours. Representative name Alfred is really good for taking care of the customers. Gave us positive and very quick service in his busy schedule.
