Horrible security protocol. After the Spartanburg store notified me of a man with a Fake ID trying to aquire a Sim card for one of my family line's number, this Greenville store gave a sim card to the same man with a fake ID that the other store turned away!!!!!!!. I'd like to speak with a person at this store as soon as possible. I've already called and left a voice mail with my contact information.

After years of owning a mobile phone you would think it would be easy to select and purchase a new phone and plan. It is surprisingly complex... minutes, data, phone choices, plans, benefits, restrictions, etc. Quinton at Pelham TCC absolutely conquered this complex terrain for my family and I. In the process and with much patience he saved us a bunch of money, upgraded all of our phones, got us on a better plan and even got my daughter her first phone. big shout out Quinton. Well done.

Maria was phenomenal, she was so patient with me when I asked all of my questions. She had very large knowledge in all of the sections of the store, even tried to sell me something while I was in there, that I didn’t even know I needed! 10/10 would come back again just for her customer service.
