The lady in the store was very rude, she did not want to help me with anything. She kind of ignored me while I was there and I do not know her name. I do I know that this is the way that you are not supposed to conduct business. I am used toI am used to theWhiteWhite lady heWhite lady helping me because she is always helpful. Whoever the black lady was who was in there was very rude. I had to go to another Metro in order to get the help that I needed. The ladies at the other Metro was more then helpful. She couldn't help me because her nails were long, that's no excuse.

This place is terrible. The woman who sold me my phone added a $6/mo insurance plan onto my account without offering it to me, or even speaking to me about it. They smile in your face while they rip you off. You're better off trying your luck at a different location.

To begin with I went to the Metro on Pleasantburg right beside Bob Jones. We sat there for 2 hours while the guy tried to get us 2 phones. Apparently he was having "server issues" but I just believe he had no idea what he was doing. The phones by themselves were going to be $250-$260 with no cases or accessories. Thankfully that didnt work out so I called this Metro. I talked to Michelle who reassured me several times on the phone she could guarantee that if I came there shed get me exactly what I wanted. So I make the 15 minute drive. As soon as I get there she meets us at the door and tells us that she has worked something out for us to get the same 2 phones we wanted, cases for both, an LG tablet and a case for the tablet for $300. So we said lets do it. She had everything ready and set up before we even got there and everything took 30 minutes in total. While we were paying she got the price down even more to $293. So if youre considering metro then id highly recommend coming here first. I promise these women will get you more for your money.

I'm so happy I went with MetroPCS. I was really getting screwed over by T-Mobile and was looking for a better alternative. The only thing I did like about T-Mobile was the coverage and reliability of the network which I got to keep since Metro uses the same network. Kayla (pretty sure that was her name) was great and really went above and beyond. My wife and I got great prices on our phones and we couldn't be happier. Don't let the area this location is in steer you away, it might not be the best part of town but they have a great selection and a great sales rep.
