Tmobile overall is garbage, not just this store. Go anywhere else and you will do better than this place. Poor service, and no one that works there cares, or is even willing to help you

Both Mrs Rachel and Mr Louis were so nice, helpful, and very personable!! Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had considering me and my boyfriend were there for 3-4 hours waiting on his new phone to update lol. Definitely will try to come here every time I have to go to a T-Mobile store.

Amazing experience overall!! I went in to redeem my t-mobile Tuesday scarf and was greeted by Trish. She was very professional and knowledgeable about everything thing I asked. Mrs. Hamill went above and beyond to explain the details of the watch that I was thinking about purchasing. I'm happy to say that I purchased the watch that my son wanted for his birthday. While waiting Gabbi greeted me and offered me a TV service through Tmobile. She was very professional and knew her products as well. This location is my favorite and recommended everyone to stop by to see Trish or Gabbi.

Tyler Morgan is so great at what she does!!! Tyler helped me with my phone while dealing with a lot of other customers she kept her great personality and smile throughout the entire process. She was the only one working at the time but she handled her job like a pro. I actually thought she was a manager the way she was taking care of everyone in the store. Kudos to you Tyler

I walked in there stressed out about my and my boyfriend's phones being stolen, explained my situation to Rachel and homegirl made sure she hooked me all the way up. She read, reread, calculated, and solved the problem in no time. AND got the extra credit. I ended up walking out of there with a better phone than I had before plus another. It's safe to say that she definitely understood the assignment. I don't know how much y'all pay her but she needs a raise.

My mother and I came in to activate a new account and were set up with two new iPhone 12s we were not educated on what to expect on our bill, the first bill never made it to us and we were not helped in how to access online. The bill then doubled in the following bill. When we returned our devices the Mobile Expert looked at us very disappointedly and as she rung out our return she explained she would be docked in pay for our return of the devices. This was very unprofessional as she seemed to try to shame us. This associate’s rep Tyler, she even didn’t bother to print a return receipt for our records. Further, my mother was then disappointed when finding out her auto-draft was not successfully set up in first place and the bill then tripled, we are now in dept to T-Mobile and have been wronged so that we will likely never go back and would NOT recommend this store to friends or family. T-Mobile is a lovely company with great prices but they should be more careful in hiring these Experts in the image of the company.
