Extremely rude employees. They got no clue about the customer service. Every time I go inside, feel very uncomfortable. Manager Lily scream and yelled customer over entire store using unappropriated language . Very unprofessional, everyone told her to cam down and act civil.

Manager (older woman) not friendly with me or any other customer ahead of me as I waited in line. I think I know why. On my way out of the store I asked a nice delivery guy coming in to store whom does regular deliveries at this Arco-am/pm about her bad rude service. He told me she's always that way & gets away with it because her family owns several stores. So she doesn't care & won't get in trouble or fired for it. I'm not going back to this store to give them any of my money ever again. So I respond by hitting them in the "Pocket book" where it counts for them in the bottom line . Resulting in a losing a customer! I suspect I'm not the only one

I buy my gasoline almost exclusively at Arco but this location charged 75 cents per gallon more than my regular station. In a pench we do what we have to.

Stopped by to get some snacks before beginning a road trip and as we were paying my husband asked to use the restroom. The lady at the register immediately replied “this is the bathroom Cleaning time so they’re closed” I looked at the restrooms that were clearly NOT being cleaned and and asked “Reallt? You’re not going to allow a customer to use the restroom?” She started muttering about how customers take advantage and blah blah blah. Whatever… I am a local and will NEVER purchase gas or anything at that gas station again…EVER. It is a neighborhood gas station in a beautiful city and there is no reason for them to refuse to allow paying customer to use their restroom. She was rude and argumentative, clearly lying and made no apologies for it either.

This place always smells like they mop the floor with sewer water. The drinks are barely cold, just a degree under room temperature because the owner doesn't want to turn up the refrigerator to cold to save money. Go elsewhere unless you have no option.

Price of Starbucks coffee in can kept changing. Been buying here for months and attendant in the early morning now said double shot is more than 8 bucks for 2. Triple shot is 2 for 5. Before he told me double shot is 2 for 5 while monster is 2 for 8 bucks. Other stores offer Starbucks in can 2 for 5 bucks.

When in to get gas and somethings with EBT the owner said that we have to pay for the bag that EBT does not pay for the bag that okay than her machine was having problems and she said just pay cash I said never mind let me just get gas I le and back to look at what pump I got on and she decided to take the other customer who was driving a Mercedes Benz even though it was clear that there was another employee to take care of him. For the owner it’s more important to take care of the rich than people in need

Good price. But forget it if you want to pay quick at the pump. Only debit outside. But you can still pay with credit inside. You may wait behind many others though in a very small space. Not good for those who are a little paranoid about COVID (like me)
