6 Best gas station in Mission Viejo, California (CA) 2024

I had a flat tire and needed a oil change. I wasn’t able to make it to the original place of my appointment due to the flat tire. I pulled into the mobile station where Omar came out and ask if he can help. After explaining my situation, Omar with no hesitation lifted my car and help with the flat tire. Even though Omar couldn’t repair my tire he still changed the tire to the spare so I could get to my original appointment. Such a amazing guy. Wish all mechanics were Omar. ~brianna

This is unfortunately the first bad review I’ve left the cashier was completely rude he would not acknowledge that I was at the window all I was asking was if he could hear me or not. He did the same thing to the people that were behind me in line also they left and went to the gas station next-door as well ~zac

Manager (older woman) not friendly with me or any other customer ahead of me as I waited in line. I think I know why. On my way out of the store I asked a nice delivery guy coming in to store whom does regular deliveries at this Arco-am/pm about her bad rude service. He told me she's always that way & gets away with it because her family owns several stores. So she doesn't care & won't get in trouble or fired for it. I'm not going back to this store to give them any of my money ever again. So I respond by hitting them in the "Pocket book" where it counts for them in the bottom line . Resulting in a losing a customer! I suspect I'm not the only one ~Ray

Arco tends to be cheaper than most gas stations. This one is generally cheaper than the other big brands in the surrounding area. Is a touch run down with graffiti here and there. New card reader model in the pumps, so quick using a debit card.... But $0.35 card use fee added each time. Else, bring cash and go inside. Arco's don't take credit to reduce the price for gas, but can result in headaches having to go to the bank first for cash if you want to avoid the card fee. Access can be easy heading south towards the freeway, but requires a left turn at the light going North from the freeway. The light has a sign that says no u-turn, forcing you to make a left at the light, then another to enter the station. Pump filled quickly without notice delay, stopped near the tank full capacity as expected without going over. ~David

I like Arco gas because it is inexpensive. This station has clean restrooms and is well taken care of. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. This gas station is close to my house so I get gas here quite often. I have never had a bad experience here at this gas station. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will continue to stop here ~Steve

I've been going here for 10+ years for my auto service needs. Greg is awesome. He knows cars well, is very quick to identity root cause of any problems, and gets the repair done quickly. I usually call him before bringing my car down to make sure he has time. He always gets me in without a wait, charges fair rates and never pushes for unneeded repairs (definition of honest mechanic). Another cool perk is that you can drop your car off or pick it up after hours via key dropoff with the gas station cashier. ~Marc
