Best auto repair shop in Mission Viejo, California (CA) 2024

I've been going here for 10+ years for my auto service needs. Greg is awesome. He knows cars well, is very quick to identity root cause of any problems, and gets the repair done quickly. I usually call him before bringing my car down to make sure he has time. He always gets me in without a wait, charges fair rates and never pushes for unneeded repairs (definition of honest mechanic). Another cool perk is that you can drop your car off or pick it up after hours via key dropoff with the gas station cashier. ~Marc

Brought my 2020 Mercedes GLC for first “A” service after being referred by a colleague to use Kinnessys Auto for all my auto needs. Edgar was very helpful and knowledgeable, helped me avoid many overpriced dealership fees and provided amazing service. Ordered a new convertible top for my Jaguar. I will rate the work when it’s finished. So far I like that the shop is small, family owned and operated. Not a chain store with employees who handle the operation. The work that I have seen on other projects has been good. ~Tim
