It may have been my fault because I have a TBI and make impulsive decisions. My note Nine was getting old, so I thought I would trade it in. They gave me an amazing deal where I got a S22 and a tablet. So I was psyched till I realized that I didn't need a tablet. The only thing I really needed or wanted was an S22 Ultra. The reason for me wanting the Ultra is because of battery life. Now I'm stuck with an S22 till the next time I upgrade.

So, my first experience at this store was with Tyler. We were trading in a phone and adding a line. They told me that I would have to wait to turn my phone in, Tyler wouldn’t take it that day. The person with me wanted a pink iPhone 13 which they did not have in stock but said they would order and would call when it came in. We never received a phone call but about a week and a half later (maybe less) my daughter broke her phone so we went to trade it in, again for an iPhone 13 and while we were there I checked on the pink phone and they said that it had been sold to someone else. I asked why and they said that they contacted us to tell us that it was there (they did not) and that after three days, Tyler sold it. So, we had to go with a black phone instead. Now, today, we go to turn in a phone for the $700 trade in credit towards our new phones and they told us that the phone was now only worth $400. If I can avoid dealing with this “Verizon” store, then I will. The convenience of being the closest to my house is not worth dealing with these people. Go to the Easley Verizon, they have nicer, more well trained employees.

I traded in my phone for a iPhone 13 at the Powdersville area Verizon store. I was greeted by Miguel and Phat Rob( yes, he said to call him by that name). Both men were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. They did not pressure me to purchase anything. They took their time explaining changes and additions to my new purchase. I highly recommend this store and the assistance I received there. I was encouraged to return if I needed additional help or questions. I will use this store again! Thanks Miguel and Phat Rob!😊
