Love the location for my prescription needs. Nathan, the pharmacist, is very nice and explains things really well. The others need customer service lessons, especially the drive through.

CVS. There is a true problem here. Look at the previous reviews compared to mine. Terrible. The pharmacist Zack/Zach or Nathan, not sure which one is very unprofessional. Very rude and will scream prescription information so loudly everyone can hear. Called me and my husband a liar. Loudly so everyone could hear

This CVS is probably one of the worst ones I have been to for wait time. Be prepared to wait in line (inside or drive-thru) for 10-30+ minutes, regardless of the time of day.

Michael the “floating pharmacist” has no idea what is going on. The old guy and the drive thru I have consistently tried to be patient with but he gets something wrong every time. Every single time I come to this pharmacy I have an issue. Michael the pharmacist filling in today just explained it wasn’t his problem and to go to another cvs. Shannon was helpful and kind but that’s it!

I only visited this location once and the staff here was unbelievably nice. I'm talking about from the front to the back. The people in the pharmacy were exceptionally nice. Customer service was outstanding. I was there for my first Covid Vaccine. My son had already gotten his but I felt a little nervous about getting mine. The pharmacist was so patient and didn't pressure me and told me he'd wait as long as he could for me to decide. This exceptional service really motivated me and I made the decision to get the vaccine without pressure. I wish I had gotten the staff names but you know who you are! I pray blessings on your lives! Thank you all!

We recently moved to the area. Due to the backlog of mail, our prescription ordered through CVS Caremark hadn’t arrived more than two weeks after it was ordered. The CVS pharmacist made multiple calls to our insurance company to try to work something out. In the end, he found a great coupon for me that saved me $60. :)

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! They tell you to call so they can get your narcotics filled and then when you come up here you have to wait in line because they’re always packed out to the road then when you finally get to the window you have to circle because it’s not ready they’ve had right at 18 hours to fill this prescription I called yesterday still not ready worst pharmacist ever horrible don’t waste your time here at this location and this has happened more than once with other prescriptions......Horrible horrible horrible I can’t wait to transfer my prescriptions

Very bad experience. Twice, I submitted the required information for drive through Covid testing, for my 95 year old mother-in-law. Twice, I got at confirmations this CVS, for a specific time slot. TWICE, we were turned away because they could find her in their system..... after receiving confirmations. Dragging her to CVS twice, and coming away with nothing was unspeakable. She was not happy. I was livid. Don't waste your time with this location. When I tried the pharmacy, I was put on hold for 20+ mins., and gave up. Bottom line......they don't care.

VERY slow drive through. Covid test is slowing things way down. Took me 45 minutes to pick up prescription. When I finally made to the window, prescription was not ready even though it was promised for the day before. When pharmacist finally tossed it over to attendant, she kept working to prepare test kits another 2-4 minutes before stopping to hand me the prescription. I’ll be moving my prescriptions to Walmart just up the street. MUCH better service there.

Courtney displayed a manner of unprofessionalism that was not appropriate for a store looking to recruit new team members. She decided well before I accepted or declined the interview, that “this wasn’t going well on the phone already,” when I asked if it was an interview for shift supervisor. What kind of service is this? Not to mention she hung up on me abruptly, twice.
