Count your meds. Three prescriptions shorted with no explanation as to why, no heads up, found out one by accident so decided to count the others. Lady at pharmacy window incredibly rude and cut me off mid sentence and no idea why three meds short. Isn’t that illegal?

Booked my Covid test at this location. However when I went to the pharmacy, they told me that all the testing appointments in the district have been cancelled due to lack of personnel. There’s zero communication about this either to my phone or email beforehand. I understand the reason for cancellation but the least you could do is to let people know before they make the trip.

Me and my husband made Covid testing appointments for travel 2 weeks prior & received our confirmation and video to watch . The day of testing (3 days before our trip!!!) we travel 30 minutes in SNOW (because we both received our confirmation texts) just to be told that they stopped doing testing a few minutes ago .. VERY unprofessional . Had no remorse and was not helpful a bit . I was disgusted at the lack of professionalism. I’ve never been so disappointed honestly .

This quite possibly is the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. Incompetent. Rude. They never have my prescription right. My dog has to have seizure medicine and I went to pick it up before the snow storm to be told they don’t have it ready and I could not get it for another two days. Called back to complain and was told they did have it under another name. Now I am stuck at home because of the snow and cannot get there from Greer. My dog has been having seizures for 48 hours. If he dies, I will be taking this all the way to court if I have to. Do not go here.

Only one bathroom working for men and women, and the bathroom that is working it was occupied with girls doing who know what. When I told people at the front desk one of the ladies said " she is probably washing her hair". If employees are washing their hair in the bathroom I'm not sure if @CVS is the best place to get medicine or other important health products.

CVS on Main st. Greenville SC, sent me on a goose chase to fill a script I needed to fill because I am going on vacation and will run out of my prescription 4 days before I get home.They sent the script to a close CVS that supposedly had it, I went to the CVS on Augusta St. after calling in the morning and they said to give them an hour and I could pick up my medication. I went over only to be told that they didn't have my medicine and no CVS within 20 miles has my prescription! They "MIGHT" get some on a truck today, no promises. So basically I may be seeing how my body reacts to not having my medicine for 4 days while out of state and on vacation. NOT COOL CVS! so much for taking care of your customers.

I wish there was an option for no stars. I was very sick and went to get a Covid test there. My husband had to take one too since his work would not let him come back without both our results. First off, you do the test yourself with no instruction. Basically the pharmacy assistant said “do it til you feel a little resistance” which was clear as mud. Anyway, she decided to do our test at the same time which was a bad idea because they entered my birthdate as my husbands and I couldn’t log in online. It kept saying my info was wrong. So I called for them to change it and they said they can’t fix it. I called the MInuteClinic and it took an hour to get someone who could actually assure me it was fixed. Never got a Sorry from CVS and definitely no direction or assistance. My husband gets his results back after 5 days and to this date, 15 days later, I do not have any results. My husband could t go back to work til I got results so by now it’s way past being sick and we had to go to the doctors office which prefer you to actually be sick for the test! I understand a company can make a mistake. But the test is garbage, they messed up my personal info, and never apologize and I never got the results!! More than 3 strikes, bad experience! Don’t recommend going there, at least to the pharmacy.

Good pricing for a great area, no price gauging which was a welcomed surprise. Beautiful location, tons of walking! Wide variety of items from makeup to food to clothing. Many wines available. Large pharmacy area. Friendly and helpful staff.
