I called about the status of my prescription. I was told 30 minutes. I did some other things then got in line. When I got to the window, they hadn’t filled it yet. So I had to wait some more. I wasn’t feeling well anyway. Your timing at the drive through needs some work.

Poor Customer Service I wish I could give 0 stars. I am an Instacart shopper and for some reason Employees don't want to let me know if they have the item in stock . I am still a paying customer if not more because I can shop there multiple times a week . I will not be shopping here anymore ,needless to say . The lady told me she could tell me by just pointing in a direction. Mind you that I already checked where the item was supposed to be. Or I would not have asked at all .

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Twice in the last 3 months I have made a special stop here to drop off a Fed Ex package. Both times there was no one in the store that could get the scanner to work. Like I said, 3 months apart! It wasn’t the scanner.

Consistently unfriendly and not helpful. Kindness goes a long way and that pharmacy staff doesn’t even pretend to want to be there. Maybe find someone suited for customer service working the drive through and answering the phones.

If I could give their pharmacy zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. The “service” is always slow. ALWAYS. I have yet to pick up a prescription in a timely manner. Their pharmacy staff doesn’t seem to understand the concept of working in a timely and efficient manner.

WILL NOT GIVE BOOSTERS OR VACCINE no matter what the website says. I showed up to my appointment today and was turned away because of short staff. The issue is, I wish they had canceled my appointment before I took time off for it. Apparently, staffing has been an issue for some time and I was told they do not expect appropriate staffing for WEEKS. One star because they do not have the decency to cancel appointments before someone walks in the door or block availability on the Walgreens website (still taking appointments Even though they won’t provide the dose)

This is the WRONG WALGREENS to go to and expect them to get things right! I switched from East North Street to this store when I moved and they can’t get ANYTHING RIGHT!!! You can use the app to order your Rx BUT THEY PAY NO ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ORDER NOR CARE! I ordered a 90 day supply of a med on 1/13/22 and got a partial refill of 5 pills. It is now 1/29/22 and not only have they NOT even filled the 2nd part, I’m out of pills, they haven’t even reordered it and I am out! Go elsewhere unless you want to BABYSIT every single Rx…and don’t think you can call bc they never answer their phone! I called twice and after an hour fifteen minutes, I was hung up on! I called again and was hung up on after 15 minutes!!!! I wish you could give zero stars but Google won’t accept that!

I drove all the way across town for an 11:00 a.m. COVID-19 test. When i arrived, we learned that that "unfortunately, the system is down" and we could call back throughout the day to find out if it was up and running again. When we asked if we could come back the next day, we were told "unfortunately, you'll have to make a new appointment." When asked if all Walgreens were experiencing the same problem, we were told that "unfortunately, you'll have to call and find out." Why did they collect my email address and phone number if they weren't going to warn me that the system was down? In fact, why did they send me an email confirming my appointment time and telling me to come in for my appointment? Not sure about the rest of the store, but this visit to the pharmacy was definitely "unfortunate."

I called the pharmacy at 3:00 on a Saturday. I realized that we would not be able to get back to Anderson in time to get my sons prescription before they closed and we really needed it. I called and talked to the pharmacist and she was so amazingly nice. She said she would call the Anderson Walgreens and let them know as well as fill the prescription herself. She was really nice and we really appreciated it
