This CVS is my home town pharmacy.A hidden gem right in the middle of Greenville.The pharmacist, Greg, is the reason why. He has empathy, compassion, kindness, patience and instinctively knows when someone needs his expert attention. A caring medical professional with a heart of gold; right here in Greenville! I wish I could give zero stars. Worst pharmacy in the area. Truly couldn’t care less about customers needs. New hours are ridiculous. Claim to close at 5:00, which is very difficult for people who work, but often close even earlier. I’ve left work early several times only to arrive at 4:55 to find a locked pharmacy and employees who are unwilling to help, regardless of how dire the situation may be. ~Nicholas

Just pumped well over the max capacity of my car’s tank into my car. This has only occurred to me one other time, and it was at another Spinx in the area. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that it could be equipment malfunction, but until this issue is addressed, I’d avoid gassing up at any Spinx. ~Stuart

Literally just checked out and if that wasn't horrible service I don't know what is. I'll just keep going to QT where they can manage a simple greeting and don't huff when you ask for your receipt. ~Jasmin

The cashier working right now (9:40pm; 9/8/2021) is so hateful. Always is. Never has a smile, doesn't listen when you ask for something at the checkout, and ignores you to talk to someone visiting her. I go to this location almost daily, and everyone else is quite friendly except her. I cringe every time I see her at the register. How can someone be so miserable and work in customer service?? ~WhiskeyFox678

The Moonville Sc. store needs to take customer service skills from you ladies with a focus on how to have a good attitude towards customers! You guys were explanatory of Dollar Generals finest. CASH REWARD, I lost my ring while shopping Sept 26 around 1230 pm. It's small and a little misshapen and doesn't really look like a ring. I'm sure someone picked it up or possibly swept it up as it doesn't look like a typical ring. It's handmade. There is a cash reward for its return. ~Tim
