No cash.... no sign. Would have been nice to know. Cashier more worried about what she had to do before her shift end (had about 3 hours left from her conversation) seriously made to feel like a bother, i think I'll stick to the one closer to home.

Will not ever go back here. People here have the biggest attitude you will ever want to deal with. Was going to spend $400.00 on a tool but was told I would have to come back to get it later. REALLY

I went for a certain weed eater, a girl helped me, she went back to check stock, but was taking too long, she seen I have 2 bad legs and use a cane. I couldn't wait anymore I was in to much pain. I bought a weed eater but not the one I wanted. I haven't used it yet because of the pain I've been in today. This weed eater does have good reviews, so we'll see

One of my favorite Harbor Freights, a decent selection, but sometimes have to drive to Richmond for bigger stuff! I wanted the regular dirtbike stands, and I went a couple times to see if they restocked and it just didn't show online, but they didn't have them on hand for a couple weeks... (So yes I guess the online availability is indeed accurate.) They did have the pop up dirt bike stands on hand though, and they work flawlessly. Simple to put to get her, and very strong/sturdy. 10/10 would buy again. So they get major credit for that. The staff is nice and helpful, so that's always a plus, and the store is usually very clean.

Always a great price and helpful staff no matter what you buy they have a good warranty and you will usually make your money back on the first job. Great place I'm a regular also if it brakes the will replace it.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is quite busy. My only negative observation is, several times I have visited and the specific item I wanted had limited choices. (Socket sets and combination wrenches specifically on my visit today) I did manage to find alternative items to what I had gone to get, so it wasn't a wasted trip. The quality of most of the tools they sell seems to be better now than when these stores originally opened.
