This Walmart is always busy and the lines are long because of lack of employees. The should consider doing cash on one end where the self checkout is. That would be very helpful and it would be a win-win. They would have less customer complaints as far as checkout goes.

Lines are always so long and half the time you wait and then it's cash only or card only...should advise ahead of time. Also 1 dressing room of 4 were open and we even mentioned this to lady working there 6/16/22 around 645p and she didn't care.

After waiting for over an hour, the lines remained very long. Even self checkout has lines so long, they double up the wall way in front of the closed checkout lanes. This is by far one of the WORST Walmarts I’ve ever been to. Aldi is 2 minutes away along with target that has more cashiers available. I will never return here and neither should you.

The most unprofessional act of service from an employee I have ever gotten. I went with my four-year-old daughter that loves Pokemon to get her cards and the employee was hovering over the card section I asked for a certain box the employee gave me a side look, so I asked him if he was purchasing or was I not allowed to purchase this box he replied with I’m texting my friend to see if he wants it. So I wait then he takes the box hides it from me and waits for another employee to come and then they both walk off with a box for themselves. I left with my daughter that was sad because she could not have the toy that was in the Pokemon box and did not purchase anything and I will no longer be going back to this.

This store has no manager or acting to help when there are major customer concerns. I have attempted 4 times in 1 day to pickup a print job and no one is available . The one person there was the Cricket agent..who attempted at least 7 times to ask for a rep. She called a manager that never ever appeared. It's as if using the intercom for help or calling the office is just for show. It sucks to support a business that deos not give a dam. The answer for me...never again

Never enough cashiers!!!!!!!.Only one, maybe two lanes, with the two scan and go registers.It is just not enough registers open for the customers they service. The lines are ALWAYS ridiculously long!!!! My experience is I spend more time in the line to pay for my items than I do picking up the items or groceries.

The 20 or less register had a long line also. I do not use the self-checkout registers. By the way, their lines were long, also. There was no one at Customer Service counter. After spending hours shopping, you should not have to look at empty registers and long lines. Lately this has happened each time I have visited. What has happened to customer service?

Will never do pick up again. I had 5 things. All on same isle but 1 thing. It said my order was ready. I get there 30 min later they come out couldn't find my order then proceed to say they didn't complete it and so they to go finish it so that took another 20-30 min. My husband was on the way home from work. "Outside" didn't want to go in. But will never do this again.

Dr.N (she has a beautiful African name, which I'm loathe to misprint, but anyway, she and her staff are very good at helping out and having a cheerful experience in an opticians office and walks 25 ft to a great price range and stylish at any age in one place, or good as. The Walmart is struggling like all the other companies in this world. So, it's just a matter of being prepared...
