It's a nice store but there is not much that is just specifically says marines. It always has the museums name on it. There needs to be more options of marine merchandise without the museums name on it.

Semper Fi! I have journeyed to joint base Meyers-Henderson Hall a few times now and have found it to have a great MCX. I recently bought dress blues there for myself and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, it may be difficult to call on the phone. Very busy. FIVE Stars!

Do not. Buy here. There is never anyone attending the multiple cash registers , one must walk around half the store, then be told that employee behind the cash register doesn’t actually know how to operate it, and you must wait until they can call the one employee in the store who might. Today I was charged 60 dollars for something advertised as 19.99, the employee claimed “I don’t know about that large sign 6 feet in front of me “ and said “this is the price the computer says” and I had to run my card three times because the cashier didn’t know how to punch a button on her side. Of course the website is down and there is no way to actually speak to a NEX manager. Take your money and time elsewhere

Over priced. Needed to purchase an item in the firearms section of the store and was told that they could not sell the item because they did not have a licensed sales rep!!! The place is a joke.

I recently purchased a wooden patio table set at 25% off. It was bulky I got wonderful service to place the set in my vehicle. Also I recently returned from an overseas tour and enjoyed meeting a great lady from Italy who sells beautiful Italian jewelry from Capri. There are tons of top designer brands at this little 3 story mall and always sales going on. Beautifully designed, good music, clean, and salespeople always professional. I always feel special when shopping here as the cashiers are very attentive. The best military shopping experience on the East Coast. Not kidding.

I had a terrific shopping experience on March 30. I found everything I needed at the last minute to get ready for a trip. Allan in electronics department was super. He explained so many things to get us what we needed. The handbag department was stylish.

Nice place to shop at Jointbase Henderson Hall- Fort Myers. Three level store- like a miniature mall. Extensive uniform selections each for Marine Corps and Navy. Storewide red tag sales are discounts up to 20%. Military ID Card office is located on 2nd floor.
