I love it here, it’s always clean and comfortable. But I am begging you to turn the heat off or down. I’m pouring sweat before I even get going into my workout and it’s so uncomfortable. I can’t do this atmosphere the whole winter.

Well worth getting up at 430 to workout! Never overly crowded! You are currently welcome to workout unmasked which has been a big relief. I bring one just in case and they will also supply 1 for you, if you need one. For the time and space I can do what I need and never have any worries! Always clean and everyone is helpful...

How nice people and employees are, many options to work out with, Planet Fitness goers seem to mind their own business and do what they want to do there, and how often people clean the machines.

The most positive thing about this gym is that it was clean and machines had no issues. But customer service in any business is important. Came in with a guest pass, therefore new to the facility - I actually had to get the girls attention at the desk to check me in (Thursday, May26 @ 9:30 am). I received no information about the facility until I asked. Upon leaving walk slowly by the desk no one looked up no one said anything. Hospitality does not exist at the Ridge Avenue Philadelphia location.

This is a pretty standard Planet Fitness. They have a decent amount of equipment and a little more space / benches than other locations I've been to in the free weight area. On the second floor they have a TON of additional cardio equipment so there's never a wait for cardio equipment. It's kept pretty clean and the equipment is in good working order. At the time of writing this review the locker rooms were being renovated so there were no indoor restrooms (portables I'm the parking lot), which is annoying if it's raining, but I'm sure that will be wrapped up in a few weeks. The staff is friendly and there has never been an issue finding parking in the lot.

The Planet Fitness staff are so friendly and kind! The facility itself is always super clean and all equipment is always functional. This is a wonderful location for workouts!

Always a great experience! They are mandating the mask again which makes me feel comfortable bec I am not sure who is vaccinated and although I am not judging, I would rather be safe than sorry... working my way into the big 50 and planet is my spot! Small crowds, clean and organized and very professional staff. JC (staff member/personal trainer) @ the Roxborough location is great at training and very professional. His pleasantry makes it easy for others to come in and become social. Best 21.00 I spend every month! 🏃♀️🏋♀️🚴♀️😁
