The best place to work out in the evenings or before going to the club!! Lol! Very friendly and helpful staff! Great atmosphere!! No judgement, just normal everyday people working out to stay healthy and in shape. That's inspirational and motivating!!

Great gym! Usually everyone is so nice but this new guy they have( heavy set lightskin dude)must be new but has a terrible attitude.

It's one of the smaller gyms, however clean, not too many people here at the moment. All the machines I use is here. Plenty of benches.

I had a billing issue and the manager found a work around that satisfied myself and the facility. The equipment is always clean and available.

Staff at the desk are so rude and nonchalant. Everytime I go in there the staff at the desk on there phones. Like don’t greet nobody, and they always have a attitude. It’s a big boy who works there who has braids who was absolutely rude. I was working out at it was 9:50 i was on the treadmill and the lights were going out i knew they were closing but I knew i had 10 minutes left he waves his hands trying to get my attention saying we closed. The sign doesn’t say 9:50 it says 10. I just want to feel comfortable and he doesn’t make me feel comfortable. Walking around with the mean mug on his face. I understand work can be stressful but you not supposed to show it to the customers. Manager either needs to replace him or tell him to be professional.

Very clean gym with a lot of user friendly options to choose from, had some assistance in getting my membership and it was hassle free. Just like the ad said.

My work ends in different cities everyday so I got the black card membership so I can go to any planet fitness near wherever I am. By far, this is one of my favorite planet fitness. It’s clean. Not crowded as many of them out there, it’s clean. The bathroom’s are super clean. Locker room very tidy. The staff are on the move every 30 minutes. Especially the tall black queen I wish I knew her name she’s doing a great job. Other planet fitness employees are constantly on the phone don’t clean a thing. But here they are very active. Lots of space for cardio’s and Abs definitely check it out.

It's a lie that this location is open 24 hours. Its so annoying that a gym advertised as 24 hours is always closed when i go. I pay for 24hrs but they don't deliver- false advertisement!! I want my money back and I'm reporting them to the better business bureau

Awesome Planet Fitness Club, here in Germantown area. They greet you first thing through the door with a bigg smile and a pleasant hello. Then because, they clean so detailed it makes for a comfortable environment. And, at least 90%of the clients respect 🙏 👏 the face mask mandate it's all the better. Never over crowded so there's no waiting for machine. Keep up the good work. Amen ❤ 🙏

Planet Fitness will probably be around for a long time, as their staff, equipment & environment add up to a first rate experience. It's a lot better than exercising on home equipment without proper instructions from professionals. Just schedule a little time each day to see your motivation increase (and your waistline decrease). ☮️Philly gets 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s in my book! 😎
