Experience at Advance Auto Parts in Greenville MS 38701 is amazing. Always professional, friendly, working beyond their job title. Ms. Tonya and staff always smiling and greeting customers with love and respect. If one store don't have a part, they will call the other AAP store to make sure you get your part. It's the best part stores in town because they believe in teamwork & know how to treat customers.

Friendly people and a great manager. Also, they had the part I needed, when another chain didn't.

Had the battery we needed, but no one there to install it. My ex just burned his hand really badly and needed help installing, that is why we went there. We had to take it back to his parents for him to get help. If you say you have free install, there should be someone there to install the battery. Other than that, everything else was okay.
