I absolutely hate going in this location. Most of the associates are extremely rude and go out of their way to hide in the back whenever you come in. I do my best not to ever stop by the store and the only reason why I'm giving them two stars is because of the one nice black guy who was doing eight different jobs while his other coworkers were in the back chatting it up.

The only reason I gave this place 3 stars was because of the older guy that showed me where to go in memephis to find what I was looking for. Everybody else made it seem as if I was dumb for looking for a product that auto zone didn't carry. I didnt catch the older guy name but I thank him for his time and knowledge.

I went to get new tail light bulbs for my Corolla 2010 the young man came out changed them put in new ones blew the relay on my car no taillights at all now and made excuse it could be other things wrong with my car the bulb had just blown on out way back from hernando ms I stopped in because I had received great service until this incident

I went in with an issue my car was having. The guy being the counter greeted me then listened to my question. He called around to pros he knows and asked them my question. I left the store with a plethora of information that I will utilize in my final destination of Memphis. Excellent experience!!

I have never been more disappointed with customer service. I will preface this with my parents have been business owners for fifty plus years, and I do understand the frustration with circumstances that may arise when working with the public. However, emergency situations are just part of the business. My son was returning home from a trip when both his headlights went out. It was just BEFORE 9:00 PM (closing time) when he went into the Autozone in Batesville, MS and immediately apologized for the inconvenience, but explained he was 100 miles from home and asked if he could get at least one bulb and some assistance in putting it in. The first clerk would not assist him because he said he was not on duty; he would have to wait for the other clerk. When the other clerk came to the desk, he reluctantly got him a bulb. After paying for the bulb, the clerk told my son to go lift his hood and he would help him. After my son walked out the door, the clerk locked the door from the inside, and the two clerks stood inside at the counter and made no attempt to give him any assistance. Another customer came by and offered his assistance, and they were able to get a bulb put in. Again I understand the frustration of this kind of situation; however, the behavior, attitude and apathy of these clerks are appalling. I will never frequent an Autozone again and will share this story with as many people as possible.
