I came and was in need of help, I spoke to David. My tire was running extremely low on air. I asked if they had an air compressor I could use. The customer service rep refused and directed me to the Chevron station over a mile away. The irony of a military discount, but not able to help out a vet.

2 Stars, only cause I got my oil change complete. Visiting beautiful Biloxi MS. Purchased items online with store pickup. All items were in-stock according to the "online store". Go to pick-up, and yup...not everything was in-stock and the order was not ready 3 hours after purchase (oil and filter for a F250 diesel). So, had to get a more expensive brand. Wasted time shopping around on-line, wasted money could have purchased items cheaper elsewhere. Asked if they match prices; told not WalMart ($13.99 compare to $15.99 per gallon, 4 gallons needed; BTW the stuff I wanted was $13.99 a gallon). But I purchased the items anyway since I was standing there in the Pass Road store. Oil change done, time to recycle. Walked in the store with 4 gallons of used oil, told to empty it myself and take the used containers with me. I have never had to empty my own oil or take the containers at any of their competitors. Inaccurate inventory and shady service.

Friendly staff, easy getting parts, got a battery from them, they helped me take the old one out, swapped out the core charge on site, helped me install the new battery in a few minutes, easy operation, it was about the same as Walmart, but much quicker process. They had all the parts. Good job
