I have never in my life went inside a restaurant with such miserable people working. The staff was arguing with each other, very loudly. It was shocking! This was in front of elderly people, children etc... A lady brought her little girl in with her and the cashier lashed out at her and said "What do you want?" The lady actually pulled her daughter back a couple feet. Every customer that walked in was treated awful. I waited until I got my food to tell every employee off (LOUDLY). How dare they treat people that way. The food sucked also! My daughter went another time and the chicken was raw! Seriously? Never again!

Reallllly nice waitress! Smiled, talkative and helpful! Ordered Mac-n-cheese Bowl for 1st time. Delicious!

KFC is always my go to place! Having been a shift manager there at one point, great service and food always give me a sense of pride for the new crews! And at Cedar Lake, you get the best of service and food!

My sister and I decided to come to KFC to eat because we never eat here. We wanted to try their popcorn chicken and famous bowls. We pull up to the drive thru and wait a few minutes before getting our order taken, no big deal. We ask for a moment to look over the menu and my sister says “I just have a question about the menu” and we get no response, a girl finally says “what’s your question” and she asked “Does your popcorn chicken come just in a combo or can you just get it as an entree” Their response was “oh my god” News flash! we can hear you if your headset is still on. They proceed to ask if we need help with the menu like we didn’t just ask them a question about the menu! if you’re that miserable working where you’re working, go find another job. Felt like a total inconvenience!

The counter person was extremely pleasant and helpful. In addition the chicken was fresh and delicious. Ps the chicken pot pie was a very nice surprise with a buttery crust 😋.

This is the best KFC I have ever visited. The staff is so nice. They are efficient and they have your order ready very quickly. No long lines. The restaurant is immaculate and the food is always fresh. I would recommend this merchant.

No this is not fries that I have already ate through. They are cold fries that were served to me in addition to my wrong order. When Forrest works, he does an awesome job making orders accurate and giving customers a pleasant experience but if his not working, just don’t go because you’ll get subpar food and service. 5 stars to Forrest! 1 star for other times when he is not working.

Gentleman by the name of Forrest was at the drive through and honestly I was simply impressed with his overall Joy, and happiness to be at his job where he serves customers and meets new people daily and they are lucky to have him because I’d snap him up in a quick minute for where I work! He was so polite and he had a sunny disposition and very respectful and even though I was tired and had long day and was just in my post work shift mindset, he made a impression and lifted my spirit just by the fact he clearly showed others his heart and projected such compassion and dedication that he will be hard to ever forget! KFC you need more people who have great customer service skills such as Forrest and Thank you to Forrest, I appreciated that you had my best experience with your restaurant at heart because I would have drove off without my sauce and just that little extra mile is all it takes sometimes people it’s not difficult to give a little bit extra in your work ethic daily and that’s why I’m giving KFC a five star rating tonight! They deserve it and Forrest deserves the recognition for this job well done! AmyB
