I was from out of town. I went to Popeyes for a sure thing. Was I a fool. I ordered 4 piece all white. I left. Got back to hotel had only 3 pieces 2 dark and 1white pieces of chicken.

ATTEMPTED to order at drive through. Sat for 5 minutes at speaker, no one ever greeted us. Figured speaker was broken so pull up to the window. Young lil rude stoner dude at the window told us he didn't know why we weren't greeted and he couldn't put in an order for us. Said we'd have to back through drive through. NOPE. WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.

The last three times we visited and purchased a two piece meal the chicken was too overcooked and dried up.so hard I couldn't chew it.. I returned it and they did replace it with the fresh batch . The rice and Mac n cheese cups are only half full m

My husband and I went in the store and ordered takeout and we received excellent customer service by Jaquinca and the store manager Coleen. Our order was accurate and was hot and tasty. We will definitely be back.

I love that chicken from Popeyes. After Katrina there was cconcern area churches were closing but. I was not stressed a bit, biscuits and bird done LA style how could you geaux wrong?

The food was hot and tasted as good as always (only reason for 2 stars)! The employees that I dealt with were cold & emotionless! No hello, no smile, and actually when my order was bagged, it wasn't here is your order or thank you & have a great day: She just tossed my bag of food on the counter in front of me, turned away & and started talking with another employee.

Definitely the worst popeyes! The rudest and not trained staff as well. They can't take an order correctly! I ordered a mild chicken tenders with ranch, mashed potatoes, and a sweet tea. I was given original chicken tenders with no flavor whatsoever, mashed potatoes with no utensils, no ranch or any kind of dipping sauce, a biscuit that i didn't even order nor ask for, and a coke. Oh and sass from the order taker who didn't know what she was doing and just kept saying you done. When you get to the window they completely ignore you and continue to gossip. Overall not worth the trip unless you enjoy your order getting messed up and lousy service.

Terrible drive thru service. The speaker is distorted and he refused to let me order at the window. The guy didn't know what condiments were on the sandwich and when I got home, I discovered he charged my credit card twice. I won't return and other Popeye's are too far away. Too bad, love Popeyes food.

The staff try the best they can. But, let's be absolutely honest - the staff are young kids (mostly women) who are underpaid for the time and effort they put in cooking up thousands of pounds of chicken for obese Mississippi customers. The chicken I normally receive from this store is fresh - so much so I have to wait 15 minutes 7/10 times. It is fast food. You get what you pay for. Drive through has no time for manners and politeness. Order quickly, have your card ready, grab your bag of high sodium diabetes triggering deliciousness and call it a night.
