What wizardry is this!? Went through the drive through. My first time at Popeyes. Took less than 60 seconds in drive-thru from order to driving away with my meal. Asked the cashier what she recommended. Got myself the 5 piece. Was amazing. Great friendly staff at an amazing speed and the chicken was nice and hot. Others can learn from this place.

Best place to eat on base

The young lady at the window really has a nasty attitude this morning. Her customer service was so bad i got out of the drive thru and went else where. Honestly I heard that popeyes on base had the best chicken in ms. Honestly it doesn't matter if the customer service sucks. To top it off I immediately pulled over and called inside to speak with a mgr and she was short with me as well. When asking for corporate information the gm takes over the phone call very pleasant working to fix issue and was somewhat apologetic Not being mean but if you dont like your job i shouldnt know! As a mgr you should enforce good customer service no exceptions!!!!

The drive thru is always a great way to grab food if you don't want to get out, but when it's the only way to grab food, it's tedious because the lines are super long. Within the time we've been hit with this Pandemic, surely by now, they can figure out a way to order inside without dining in. I will give them 5 🌟 on the line moving pretty quickly though. However - here's the rest. lol What was a little confusing is the doors were locked, yet I watched people come out with single orders of food. I watched one guy walk up and tried to get in but the doors were locked. I giggled to myself thinking, you're in the drive thru line with us, but you abandon your truck to try the doors. Well - shortly after he walks back to his truck, his buddies with the same uniform walks out of the restaurant with food and drinks. 🤔 Now to place my order - I asked for all dark, and the gentleman said I can't! I'm thinking, surely you can, just pay extra. I know it's that way for all white meat. Anywhoooo - he checks with someone, but I never heard a response. I finish my order, he tells me $24ish, and I'm thinking, great because I only had $25. I make it to the window and he said $26.26. Wait - I told him what he quoted and he said no he didn't. Hmmmm - okay. I check my bag before pulling off and the mashed potatoes weren't in there! I'm so glad I checked before leaving because I wasn't trying to wait at the end of the line for a family size container of potatoes. 😊

I was so upset, not to mention embarrassed when I arrived home. I was having. 2 dinner guest plus my 3 family members. I ordered a 12 piece family meal with 2 sides. I got 4wings, 3 small legs, 4 backs NO breast which adds up to 11 pieces. The sides were cool. The backs were the size of the biscuits small. I was charged $25. I had to order a pizza delivered. Grade F.

Half of my experiences have been awful and spent waiting 20-30 minutes for a chicken sandwich or being turned away saying they are out of basically all of their food. The other half of the time I got what I ordered pretty quickly without error. 3 stars for the inconsistency.

Every time I've eaten here they don't have chicken fingers ready. So I've had to pull around from the drive thru and wait for 5-10 minutes while they get the fingers cooked. Also three out of four times they didn't have cole slaw available as a side dish.

Waited 11 minutes in drive thru, only to be told i had another 10 minute wait for a two piece. Attitudes were horrible. The chicken i waited over 20 minutes for was l could tell was not fresh. Worst Popeyes experience ever!

This Popeyes should not have a drive thru. They are not good at managing a front area along with a drive thru. They are either understaffed or very very slow! Also I am here when they have just opened. If they know consistently that they are full right at opening then they should prepare food ahead of time or bring in some More workers for the kitchen...

The quality is going downhill been very disappointed the last several visits and probably will stop going. Chicken tenders are dry and/or over cooked, the size is about half of what was served a year ago. The chicken pieces are ok. Do still really like the Apple pies when not crossed contaminated with the hot spicy chicken. Quality control needs work.
