Best department store in Arlington, Virginia (VA) 2024

I absolutely love this location despite the complex parking 🅿️ situation. They have the best variety of market place food and great selection/deals of fine wines and champagnes. ~Jasmin

It was kinda depressing to walk into this Macy's and see it as a vestige of what big box stores used to be, especially when so much of the space is cordoned off and housing naked mannequins and empty racks. Because of this their in-store selection is extremely limited and underwhelming, though we did manage to find what we came for which were new sheets and towels. Our experience with customer service was good as she had to help us split our payment over several gift cards, but ultimately I can't say I'd feel like coming back. ~dipika

I recently purchased a wooden patio table set at 25% off. It was bulky I got wonderful service to place the set in my vehicle. Also I recently returned from an overseas tour and enjoyed meeting a great lady from Italy who sells beautiful Italian jewelry from Capri. There are tons of top designer brands at this little 3 story mall and always sales going on. Beautifully designed, good music, clean, and salespeople always professional. I always feel special when shopping here as the cashiers are very attentive. The best military shopping experience on the East Coast. Not kidding. ~Ann
