7 Best shoe store in Arlington, Virginia (VA) 2025

I absolutely love this location despite the complex parking 🅿️ situation. They have the best variety of market place food and great selection/deals of fine wines and champagnes. ~Jasmin

It was kinda depressing to walk into this Macy's and see it as a vestige of what big box stores used to be, especially when so much of the space is cordoned off and housing naked mannequins and empty racks. Because of this their in-store selection is extremely limited and underwhelming, though we did manage to find what we came for which were new sheets and towels. Our experience with customer service was good as she had to help us split our payment over several gift cards, but ultimately I can't say I'd feel like coming back. ~dipika

I arrived at 10am right when the store opened. Was told someone would be right with me which is fine. 10 mins later as I'm still waiting to be helped a lady walks in and gets helped immediately. This store is quick to post BLM signs or whatever social justice cause that is hot at the moment. But what am I to think? Black male waiting for assistance and a white customer walks in and immediately gets help. I'm only one person but I will never patronize this store or any Pacers for that matter. ~Happy

It's a great little shop but they had one extra large shirt in the store and it didn't fit. That's the size of every other shirt I own so I think it should have fit. Any way. Poor selection and poor fit are my complaints. It's a shoe store so I just took off one star and the staff seemed nice. ~Kris

Beautiful shoes. Make sure you get your size and width right. Mine are a bit narrow, I'll patiently wait for them to stretch a bit. ~BRT
