I had my first visit to Allen Edmonds this past Columbus Day and it was a great one. I have not been educated on shoes before and Derrick Aaron was a wealth of knowledge. I was with a friend who was celebrating his birthday and wanted to get another pair from Allen Edmonds and I was just going to go in with him while we were in the mall and I ended up buying 2 pairs and have never worn more comfortable shoes. Fantastic styling and worth every penny. What I was most impressed with was Mr. Aaron and his ability to make us feel at home, educate, and provide services to is and a busy store on a holiday. They are lucky to have him, and I will return just for the experience!

My wife and I had the opportunity to meet and work with Derrick, the store manager. He was polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - taking the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and offering options that would match the kind of shoes I was looking for. You cannot go wrong with Derrick or this store! (The shoes are fantastic, too. They can be a bit pricey but I believe you get what you pay for, especially with shoes.) UPDATE (3/25): I stopped into the store again this past weekend and talked with Paige. Although I didn't buy any more shoes (yet), she was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, which seems to be the norm for people working at this store.

Five stars is not high enough to describe my experience with Derrick. I walked in to exchange two pairs of shoes which were just a bit too narrow. I was promptly greeted by Derrick, the manager, and proceeded to work with Derrick to identify the proper size for me in a particular last. Derrick was exceptionally professional, patient, and personable throughout the entire process. He then ordered my shoes and requested that one pair be the lightest shade of Walnut available. The shoes arrived and are exquisite in both appearance and feel. I will be making all of my AE purchases through this location now as Derrick earned my repeat business. Thank you Derrick!

So totally disappointed with how new management has changed the direction and quality that was once known as Allen Edmonds. Hope that new management doesn't ruin a great company! Not a fan of rubber heels, and the quality of many of the newer styles. At this point, I have already considered a local competitor. Sad, because I've been with Allen Edmonds for well over 20 years or more. Well, maybe onto Alden Shoes.

The employees know their stuff and we're very helpful in finding the right pair of shoes. Have never been to any other shoe store that had employees that knew the shoes as well as those at this store. I want to buy more shoes from these folks! I bought two pair!

The manager Derrick knows what's he's doing. He is very knowledgeable about the goods he sells. He has the best interests of the customer in mind.
