Stay away from this store, bad quality products, bad customer service, the not care for customer concern, i brought a full bed set since 2 years and when they did the delivery fount a damage in 2 reals & footboard, until today they did not replace the damage parts as a promised after so many complains, they tried to replacing from 3 days ago but got new parts with damage too, SCAMMERS...

The staff was nice and I would give more stars for that however, I have called and called and called for nearly two years begging for the manufacturer to call me to either replace the side sofa that is attached or repair it. I have spoke with the same lady over and over. She is kind and has returned my call but it is always a dead end!!!! She asks did you purchase coverage…my daughter bought this for me as a gift!!! It was delivered to me like this! Should I not have had it delivered in mint condition??? I asked the delivery men to take it back or replace it and they said they could not because they had other stops to make that day. I hate to leave negative reviews but I am at a dead end with no other choice but this and the BBB. Disappointed….

Eid at Furniture Ave is THE MOST HONEST SALESMAN that I have met since moving into this area. He was pleasantly a nice man to deal with. Take it from a teacher of 30 + years, I know it before I step in it. Eid was very knowledgeable about his companies furniture. A professional salesman with a heart of gold. If you want furniture, give Eid a try. You will not regret doing business with him. I guarantee.

Horrible service! Very unprofessional! I purchased a whole bedroom set. Waited almost a year because it was stuck at the port. Even though they promised a certain delivery date and compensation. Never got the compensation! *****PAYING 6k FOR DAMAGE FURNITURE THAT I CANT EVEN USE!!!!*** Then furniture was totally horrible! Broken, dented wood, black letters on wood from where it was made, loose glass from different furniture pieces, drawers bent, drawers woods falling out from underneath, the bed had two small wood pieces as legs to hold up a queen size bed!! As I was steaming my floors I looked under the dresser and a leg that was cracked down the middle was underneath. So I sat on the bed and it mad a cracking sound.. so I looked under the bed and only two small little weak wood pieces were underneath. So I called the store and asked to speak with someone regarding my order… I spoke with Ashley from claims. Sent an email with all the pictures of the damage furniture and letting her know I have grand kids and I can not use the bed as it’s broken!! She said the technician was booked for the next two weeks or so. So I waited! Then sent an email to her. She stated he was on vacation and wouldn’t return for few weeks. Which one is it??? He’s booked or on vacation?? She could not respond. And during this IM PAYING FOR THE BROKEN DAMAGED FURNITURE!!! Finally a man showed up and put some plastic legs on the bed. And took pictures and stated the whole bedroom set needed to be replaced. So I waited a week and then sent an email to Ashley and asked what was going to happen. She stated she didn’t get the report from the technician. I didn’t understand how she wouldn’t have. She stated another one would come out. Then I requested a copy of the report from the technician who came out and told her what he said… I keep emailing her and till this day have not gotten any response!!! I will post the emails so u can see what type of people this family owned business is! SELFISH, COMPANY WHO TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS!! AND DONT HON-ORATE THEIR WORD!!! LIES LIES LIES!!

We have been waiting 2 years for a dining table. We went in ordered a dining table 2 years ago waited over a year (understood it could take longer due to covid was quoted 3 months for items to arrive) comes over a year nothing arrived finally we get a call it’s arrived they get to our home to deliver we see them bring down one chair it was the wrong dining table. We call & ask for a refund we had waited over a year for the wrong dining table. The lady we would speak to was super rude said that if we cancelled the order we would still lose $200. She said only thing we could do was go in and look for another one since the one we had wanted wasn’t available anymore so we did that to not lose $200 they assured us item would get here 3 months it’s been 6 months at this point since I when in keep in mind that when we went in to order the first time we paid for delivery to our home. When doing the exchange for the new dining table they were adding a delivery charge I asked for that to be waved since it was their mistake that the wrong dining table was delivered the 1st time. Rudely they denied to even give us the delivery for these items. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to be waiting 2 years for your furniture.

This place is a joke! Don't purchase anything from here, no communication and everything arrives late. Purchase a bedroom set and told me 3 weeks to arrive, everything arrived in separate times about 2 months later and with stains and damaged. No one called, I had to call more then 10 times to get any Answers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have to give it a star but I wouldn't even give it that grade.

Please please read all the 1 star reviews before buying anything from here. I ordered a bedroom set August 2021. My bed arrived 4 months later. My dresser arrived 8 months after I ordered the set. My dresser arrived defective. Drawers won’t close properly. Horrible quality for the price I paid. I’ve spoken to multiple claims agents and a manager to try and get my dresser fixed or replaced. It has now been 1 year since I ordered the dresser and nothing has been resolved. I have been very patient with them but it is ridiculous now. They won’t give me a refund and won’t check in with me unless I call them. I don’t know what to do.

We were a little skeptical about coming to this place after reading some reviews. But that quickly changed with our visit. We were greeted as soon as we stepped into the store and assisted the whole visit with all questions answered. The owner assisted our salesman while checking out because he was still training and even discounted us a bit on the delivery fee. Over all great experience and looking forward to the delivery of our dining room table!

We recommend this place to shop your furniture. Had a great experience, they answer all my questions and concerns before purchasing any item. They’re very polite and very patience since I couldn’t make up my mind to which living room to choose. The delivery guys were as well very polite and careful at the time of installing the three set living room. Will shop again soon. Much appreciated 😊

This store have awful customer service and they claim they are the same store as Furniture City and that’s a lie. I personally spoke to Furniture City and they deny being apart of Furniture Ave. It took them eight months to deliver my furniture and I called to say that the wrong furniture was delivered they say it was our fault. The delivery men ran in the house so quick and I didn’t have time to give them a tip. However, when we compared the pictures with the pictures we have taken in the store it was the wrong furniture. I immediately called the store and we told it was our fault cause we signed the paperwork for delivery. The bench on the left is different from the one on the right. They don’t match each other. It’s been a nightmare doing business with Furniture Ave in Santa Ana, CA. Please don’t shop there you will regret it.
