Bought a sofa sectional when delivered one of the recliner’s was broken they replaced it a week later the armrest broke and now the middle section the back broke so now I’m paying for a sofa sectional that’s literally falling apart very unsatisfied

Easy to get what you need for the house, we've gotten our TV, stand, stereos, bed, gaming system, couch and recliner, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a new TV.

I can appreciate the little gestures but all in all, it’s misinformation, ignored calls, and little help. Store kept spam calling us every week with the same offers from separate employees. Second time going through aarons and and a second chance was too generous. Don’t waste your money.

This place is something else. I purchased a so called new washer and when delivered found out it was a used one delivered. So I contacted them and they placed a new order for one. The day of the delivery my son asked for me to get him a bed so I called and seemed like everything was going good. But I was wrong they told me my father has to come and co-sign a new contract because my house is under his name. That is so weird since I am 39 years old why would I need to do that. I was told the merchandise was worth money so the owner of the house had to be on the contract. I asked why is that and why I was not informed the first time i went in. Per the manager at Hanford store she stated she did me a favor. But since I was not being grateful for her doing me a favor she had to terminate my contract and not to worry I didn't have a balance. I am so lost I went to purchase with money not asked for stuff free and instead of being helpful I was treated so rude. I have never had a awful experience in my life until this. Where is the customer service at in this place. I feel so discrimated by this department. I should have known better than not to go by my gut feeling the first time I went in. I am sorry but only white personal work there and didn't think nothing of it. I waited to be helped they said they would be with me but waited for a while. But I guess I am dumb should have caught on when white older man went in and the gentleman went and helped him first. I thought since the girl said for me to hold on a second she was going to help me. But no someone else came to help. I have never been discrimated for my race so I didn't think nothing of it until now. I am a working customer that went in to purchase stuff not to ask for handout. I do not recommend this place located in Hanford, California

Clean,polite, informative in store. I wouldn't recommend online payments or asking for company policy on how yo fix anything. They pretty much just take money. Sucks the company blows bc the people are kind.

I did not post the previous review. I am not sure how it was given only a 2 star rating from me. My past purchase history with Aaron's Furniture was nothing short of great. I purchased a sofa/love seat combination from them, and I still have it 5 years later. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Again, sorry for any misunderstanding with the previously posted review :)

Have been a customer since they opened and have never had a problem, always treated like family and thats the service that keeps me coming back! Recently bought a new appliance and Mike and Julian were very helpful from installation to any questions we had! Highly recommend!

The service is awesome. I was in & out quick found what i wanted & it was delivered quick. The delivery person Mike was very nice & professional he got our washer & dryer set up & made sure we knew how to use them. Over all great service I highly recommend Aarons to everyone.

Great customer service from all the employees! All super friendly! So happy with our couch set and king size bed. Our delivery was on time and the guys were awesome!
