I've never had any issues with. target Unfortunately there registers Seems to be down and one if the customer's offered to help buy my items for me and that was truly very kind of them the employees Audrey and Aaleah Rey and i believe one of the managers Dwight were Tremendously kind and understanding and extremely patient Thank you for all the kindness I really appreciate your guys's help

I don’t shop at target much and when I do I go to a different location and after today I will never go back to this location again. I informed the cashier that the item she rang up was priced wrong according to the UPC shelf tag and displayed item so when I informed her of this she rolled her eyes and said “well that’s what it rang up” I said ok and I’m telling you that you have a display with 2 price tags but the price tag that matches the item I brought up was $13 only $13 I wasn’t mad over the price it’s the fact that I had to go back and take a pic I even ask another ploy on the sales floor if they could help me if I was reading it wrong and she told me no I should be getting the lower priced item sorry that tag shouldn’t be here so when I went back to the cashier to explain to her what took place she still called me a liar scanned the picture that I took and I asked was give me the price for the item that I brought up which is the price that you have displayed and it turned to a whole ordeal about her calling me a liar. I will never go back into that store again their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced I would rather go to a Walmart any day and I hate that store. Thanks target on Madison you lost a customer and your employee was 100% in the wrong. My only positive about that trip was the employee that helped me on the sales floor to justify the fact that the tag was wrong and I was the correct person in the situation thank you for your help.

It's a store. I used self check. No interaction with employees. They didn't take cash that wasn't good but all in all it was an average store, average in cleanliness, average in service, average in products, it was an average experience and I'm happy with average experiences 😉

Has to be one of the worst Targets in Sacramento. Dirty- Bathroom never has soap, trash everywhere constantly lacking stock, rude employees, items never organized, no AC Nightmare experience

I called Target and asked to speak to a manager. A store associate by the name of "Alyssa" (not sure of the spelling) answered the call and questioned my reason of needing a manager. I told her I've already been transferred multiple times today and I know it's not her fault personally, I just needed the assistance of a manager. I quickly started to go over the highlights as to why; and she cut me off to say there was nothing she could do. I responded, "With all do respect, I didn't call for your opinion, I called to speak to a manager" and she hung up in my face. I called back, she answered and hung up again. I tried later and the calls just kept dropping like my number was blocked.

Closing shift manger rude. I want to the before closing for a payment with Cash. they won’t take my cash they told me I need to use a credit card. I tried to use my mobile wallet, they need actual card. Want back to my car and came back with my debit card they told me it’s too late they’re closed. Why are they still open before 10 if they can’t take my payment through my phone or my cash payment

Target Starbucks 1* for whoever made the rule they can only use 2% milk for their drinks 5* for their employees I tried to order a drink with nonfat milk and they said that they could do it only 2%. They had the almond milk and all the other milk Problem is my stomach turns w 2% I'll get nauseous. I'm not used to 2%. I drink nonfat milk and every other Starbucks I've gone to Target or otherwise we'll have nonfat. Hopefully they change this rule very quickly

My family and I use to love this place. But lately all the employees are trying to catch you stealing they lost the customer service. You're not the police, your a entry level employee, there to only service. Let the protecting be done by the police.
