Today I’m giving five stars to Angelo (Sales Associate) at the Apple Store. I had a wonderful experience because he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In addition he went above and beyond to assist me. I liked his kind and helpful demeanor. I definitely would recommend this location. ~Angel

This is by far the best repair place. I called around to different places to get my Galaxy Tablet charging port replaced and this place gave me the best price and he got it done the same day! Other places said that it would be three to seven days and charge more then $100. Customer service is AMAZING and they are GREAT communicating with you! Definitely would recommend this place over any other repair place. ~Sarah

Went in to get some help with my phone which was not working right. The girl tried very hard but couldn't fix the problem. When she asked the manager for help he didn't even come over even though he was not helping anyone but just said "that's the way it is". Extremely rude! I will never set foot in that store again. Went Folsom Blve store and got problem solved easily and courtiously. James ~james

Disgusted and disappointed with the service that I received here at this location I went in and asked about the sim swap the gentle here told me that the sim card wouldn't fit my phone and that I would have to purchase another one however I wasn't happy with his body language or his service so if I even needed to purchase another phone I refused to purchase it at this location and not with him at all so I politely turned around and walked out. I feel like he was trying to get over on me because I went to another store and got exactly what I asked for without any hassle or any talk of purchasing another phone this location is not an honest or fair place they will try to make you do something like spend money with them which is unnecessary and unfair to us as consumers. Always get a second opinion if you go to this location for anything they aren't honest. ~Charlesetta

Since this am pm location changed owners they don’t keep stock of the coffee station. The hot chocolate machine was out of order for over a week now they don’t have any cups for about the same amount of time. So like almost a moth now I can’t get my coffee here just tired of it. Wishing for the old owners return or old employees ~Shanecha

This Safeway is Clean, Fast and filled with friendly workers. I can always find what I need, and the merchandisers keep shelves stocked and prices correct. The hot food is to die for. You can't be $8 for Chicken Breast, Wing or Drumstick, with Mac n Cheese and potato salad. Everything is amazing. ~John

Me and my son bought the 1+Nord 5g phones 2 days ago at the Metro PCS store on Northgate/San Juan store and Annabelle was the clerk who helped us and she was so polite and helpful and made us feel like our $ was being spent wisely and so if you folks want excellent customer help go see Annabelle. ~Windy

Watch it! This 7-Eleven is ripping people off by increasing the number of items you purchase. So say you go buy two cokes and a few other items. Instead of charging you for only 2 cokes and the rest of the items, they will charge you for 5 cokes plus the rest of your items. Be careful. This is flat out stealing from customers. It happened to me twice two days in a row. Pay attention to what they are charging you. I would recommend not to visit this store again. ~Flipper
