Six years ago, I spilled an entire glass of water on my 2013 Macbook Pro, after which it obviously stopped working. I was a college student and desperately needed my laptop, so I brought it to this store for a diagnosis and to hopefully get it fixed. I made an appointment at the Genius Bar, and the employee who helped me took my laptop into the back to open it up. When he brought it back out a short time later, he told me that the motherboard was completely fried and that the repair would cost me at least $700. Feeling disheartened at that estimate (given that it was already an older laptop), I opted to just buy a whole new Macbook. A very expensive lesson on my part! Six years later, in 2022, I still had my old broken laptop laying around. My boyfriend was convinced that he could fix it, so I let him try. After acquiring some very tiny screwdrivers and opening it up, the motherboard actually looked totally fine. It was actually the hard drive that was corroded... a much cheaper fix! $25 and one new hard drive later, and my old laptop works again. TLDR: Always get a second opinion after getting a diagnosis from Apple. Or just go talk to a third party repair-person first. If I had, I could have saved myself $1800!

Went twice today Errors on the part of Apple employees prevented me from having either of my new iPhones connected there at Apple as promised. I asked questions at the beginning to plan how buy a new phone and transfer info from the old phone- they did NOT do it- oh not our policy (well it was this morning) It’s 105 degrees and as a result of Apple errors I have to make a separate trip to two separate carriers. Apple you got the sale, got my money, wasted my time and did not complete the task. Too bad I wanted iPhones

Pretty busy, came in wanting and knowing exactly what I wanted. Had to look around and directly approach 2 workers who just stood around. Not sure why but I just wanted to walk in, spend my money, and leave. Not navigate a crowd and look for a dance partner which would be an employee. It’s not bad but just saying it was a weird experience. A “shut up n take my money” moment I guess?

Frickin' joke, make an appointment to buy a phone? I drive all the way there and they wan't me to come back at noon the next day? Just go into the back room, grab the phone, ring it up and give me the phone! I think all those piercings and that kool aid hair dye infected those "genius" brains.🤪😵💫

I've taken a pair of Power Beats Pro twice for repairs after a few months of ownership. Both times we couldn't get the right ear bud to connect in store, and twice the repair center returned them claiming the problem can't be reproduced to prove defectiveness. The second time they didn't bother to return the silicon tips. Absolutely horrible service for such an expensive product. Repair No: R531271405

Today I’m giving five stars to Angelo (Sales Associate) at the Apple Store. I had a wonderful experience because he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In addition he went above and beyond to assist me. I liked his kind and helpful demeanor. I definitely would recommend this location.

Went to buy an iPad. First person who helped was good, but the second “specialist” seemed to be a teenager who knew nothing and only asked do you want to buy it now. Would have left but basically already knew what I wanted. Go to a different store if you want service.

Worst shopping experience ever. Lots of sales people just hanging around, playing with new devices, making selfies in front of visitors, while you, together with others, are waiting half and hour to get into the shop and another 20 minutes to draw attention and get your preselected product. Do not go there. Shop online, and another brand if possible.
