Went there ordered a medium iced decaf caramel latte with whole milk and whipped cream.. she hands me a medium coffee… told her it was suppose to be a latte so she makes me a plain latte.. no matter what time of day I go there they always mess the order up… what is so freaking hard about getting orders correct

I went today ordered 1 hot chocolate the hot chocolate tasted like absolutely just watered down chocolate. It took me 10 mins to get from the speaker to the window and when I got to the window couldn't even get my order right I said my name on the order they walked away then came back whats the name on the order. Will not be going back!

Each time I visit this location there is somone at the window who has no customer service skills whatsoever. Like I'm bothering them. When somone says hello, at least respond. Maybe even smile. I know it's hard to find help right now, but I'm sure there is someone out there who would be polite to customers for the pay you give them.

The past few times ive ordered an iced macha they have added espresso and ruined the macha. Macha latees don't have espresso as they are suposed to be a calming drink

We go to dunkin at least once a day . they are usually great but past 2 weeks I have worn more coffee than I've drank . u need to do something seriously about ur covers . another note I always stress that I want my coffee well stirred n I've had to pull over n stir the pile of sugar at bottom. Also my man get dark roast I know not many drink this but he's always getting old coffee n today it's friggin cold. I'm very disappointed I spend alot of money here . arnt u supposed to put customers first .

I ordered a cold brew coffee today with light ice. When I pulled up to the window I was told it would be just a moment as they were making some more (which I thought odd because it takes about 24 hrs to make it) butnI said "ok". A moment later another employee picks up a cup that was 3/4 full, filled the rest up with ice and handed it to me. When I asked why she just topped it off I was told "we are out of cold brew" and she started to walk off. I asked "so I get charged full price and just get less?". She just looked blankly at me. Not even an offer to use regular iced coffee for the rest.

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Lisbon Falls is THE WORST!!! I never go to Dunkin’ Donuts anymore because of them. They are always out of espresso beans so they can’t make lattes, they never have the flavors that they advertise and have all over the signs on their menu, and they ALWAYS get the order wrong. Every time I used to go there I would have to go back to get the rest of my order. And if you order from the app and they don’t have an item, they just won’t give it to you and when you go back to ask for it they tell you they can’t refund your card because you ordered through the app. Any time I have ordered bacon avocado toast they never toast the bread. It is always a cold and soggy and clearly never seen heating element. One of the most frustrating things was when I would order flavored coffees and 9 times out of 10 they would be just plain, which I do not like and would have to dump it down the drain. All of these things might be small, and I certainly understand that mistakes happen. But when you are paying for an item, and not asking for it to be custom or anything- you literally just want the regular old items that you ordered, and when these things are happening literally every time you go there, it gets super annoying- like to the point where you stop going there all together.

Constantly getting burnt food, and my drink made with flat monsters that have been open in their fridge. Also their customer service is terrible other than one of the girls that works there.

They never make their coffee right, yesterday was the last straw - absolutely terrible service and I'm pretty sure one of the employees added something extra to my coffee!
