Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of all my office needs. Store is somewhat outdated and in desperate need of a makeover. Good location, though the parking in this plaza can get crazy.

Jason the manager saved me today. Jason canceled a bad online order and provided the product immediately! Jason helped this 65 year old with a bad back out to his car in 100° heat. Thank you Jason!!

Staff were extremely helpful. I needed to return an item and then buy a new product. Eddie Tassone, Assistant Manager was very responsive and helpful to me and the cashier. She too was very helpful and sought his assistance as we concluded my transaction. I really appreciate this store and go to it often for supplies and cool fun stuff.

2 of the 4 items I ordered 4 items from your store were NOT DELIVERED. I was UNABLE to reach anyone from your customer service department until after hours. The call was routed to the Philippines and the representative had roosters crowing in the background. She did not know the status of my items and could not provide any further information about my delivery. I returned to the store in person to inform them of the events and to obtain a refund for the undelivered items. I have not received a refund to date. Why on earth would I recommend anyone shop at your store with your appalling customer service and lack of accountability?

The signs I ordered were not finished at the agreed time nor on the agreed paper. The print department was short staffed. Trimming was sloppy. The employee complained about a co-worker. This will be my last visit to Office Depot.

Office Fraud/Office Depot which one is the right one. Office Fraud. I Worked there for over a decade and once I was management discovered millions were stolen from Public Schools, local cities and government agencies. What the Business Services Division did was disgraceful and what’s worse is schools had to borrow from budgets from the following year just to pay for the fraud Office Depot perpetuated the previous year. In 2008 they couldn’t make payroll so they did what the Trump Organization did. Lie and inflate everything then write off the debt that was fraud to begin with.

Ordered a desk from this store. Order was cancelled for some reason. Called store. Pressed 5 for furniture. Woman answers and says “let me transfer you to someone who can help you”. Wait on hold for 15 mins. Call back. Same woman. Attempts to do the same thing again. Ask her to look up item number. Puts me on hold again. Item out of stock. Ask if she can look it up at other stores. Says she has to find someone else who can help me. Puts me on hold for another 15 mins. Hang up. Call back. No one answers. Total clown show.

Had not so great experiences with online and website with purchasing some networking products. Decided to walk in to the store to see if my issue could be resolved. I was greeted by Eddie. He was extremely helpful, understood my concern and was able to immediately solve my issue - no questions asked. I walked out thinking “wow, this was one of the best and easiest customer experiences I’ve ever had”. As a store I used to just drive by, I will be shopping more often at Office Depot.
