Absolutely horrible experience. Called to see if I could come before they close. Someone picked up the phone and hung up immediately. Called back and a very monotoned lady who seemed annoyed answered. She then told me that I needed to be In the building and in the system by 2:30 to insure I could do my UA. I said thank you and headed that way. I arrived at 2:25 and walked in a little quickly to have a very rude lady say it was her on the phone and it had to be by 2:20pm. I immediately tried to explain myself and she wouldn’t let me talk. She became extremely rude/talking over me trying to get me to go to fort piece which I would’ve never made it in time (she knows that) . At one point she looked and even started smiling. I wasn’t hostile and or rude. I did raise my voice non aggressively because she kept talking over me when I explained she told me to be there before 2:30. if the conversations are recorded, it’s there and happened at 2:00 on Wednesday June 22, 2022. She even said “if it’s your day off, you should’ve handled your business earlier in the day.” The moment I asked to just speak with someone else or a manager, she said it was only her and I couldn’t be helped. Then she started stating that she could put a note on my future drug test that I was being rude and it could affect me getting the job (or in my case getting accepted into school) I don’t know who owns or runs this place but wow, that should not be how someone is treated walking through the door. It’s very apparent she is miserable. It’s the African American lady. Seems to have a trend if you just read the other reviews. Never going back

They have a receptionist that directs you to a kiosk. Tried to call before coming with no answer. Sat there waiting for assistance to find out they didn't do the test needed if I would have spoken to the receptionist when arriving it would have been handled. Worst service ever! Will not be returning

Not only was one gentleman rude and put out by my request for a lab draw, but the specimen that was requested took over a week to result and when it did, the result stated that "Labcorp was unable to collect sufficient specimen to perform testing".... this was after an entire vial of blood was collected. Do not recommend.

Been here multiple times and every time the woman up front was extremely rude. Why even have someone upfront if you are just going to yell at someone if they have a simple question and just tell them to go sit down. Wait time is a joke. Even if you have an appointment the wait is over 30 minutes even when there is barely anyone in the lobby, but people can come in and be seen right away. I will definitely be looking for someplace else to go.

The woman doing the blood work was amazing, very sweet and definitely knows what she is doing. Need more like her!!! The older gentleman at the front (Joe maybe) was extremely rude to many people while I was there. He should not be working with people at all!! I was a walk in so I expected a longer wait time which wasn’t a problem for me. She had people in and out as quick as she could being the only one there doing it.

Although the place needed a good cleaning or update, I will say that my experience was positive. I was super thankful to get an appointment the same week as quest labs was 3 weeks out and I couldn’t wait. I have a huge phobia of needles. The draw was textbook perfect, got me on the first try and the lovely woman who drew it really made me pretty comfortable. I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes, not bad at all.

I was sent to this labcorp location for the purpose that I would be able to receive a discount or payment plan due to me being a self pay patient. Making an appointment was convenient and so was checking in. However when I went in I was very displeased. The location wasn’t the best and their facility didn’t feel the cleanest. I went in with my mom because I tend to pass out during blood work and was nervous. When I walked up to the window I was met with 2 employees that were frantically looking for something and yelling at a patient. I asked the woman at the front desk if there was anyway she could tell me the price of the blood work and she gave me an attitude and told me to give her a minute. When she gave me the order with the price of the bloodwork I asked if that was with or without the discount and again was met with an attitude saying that she didn’t know who told me that but that they don’t offer that. So I told her that my doctor told me and that’s why I was there. She then told me that my doctor doesn’t know anything about them because she doesn’t work there and shouldn’t be authorized to tell me about their deals. My mom and I were talking amongst ourselves on whether we should check a different lab. So then a different employee said that she used to work at the lab I wanted to check out and said that it would be more expensive to go there. So I was too uncomfortable to stay there so I just walked out and went to a different lab. Sort of felt like I was at a Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru.

No one answered the phone or responded to messages...over half a dozen calls over 2 days. I was trying to find out if they had a wheelchair as I needed bloodwork done for upcoming knee surgery. They had no wheelchair or assistance and the woman at the front desk was rude. Facility was dirty and crowded. We left regardless of insurance coverage and paid full price at another lab.

I have a severe needle phobia and I was nervous to get my blood test here because of previous reviews, but it was actually a pleasant experience overall. I really appreciated that they had an option to check in on your phone and wait in your car instead of in the waiting room. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was extremely nice and understanding, and the procedure was quick and painless. The only negative aspect was that the woman at the front desk was quite rude.

Came to this location to have blood work done. The lady at the counter was very rude. Didn’t say hello. Left me standing there in the middle of the lobby for 8 minutes. She kept helping other people. I was having a hard time checking in at the kiosk. So I needed help. Then I go to the bathroom , and I can’t believe how dirty it was. There was hair all over the floor, urine on the seat. I couldn’t believe it. I almost walkout, but I needed this done for my upcoming appointment. I told the blood work guy about the condition of the bathroom. He didn’t say one word about it. I told him that’s not what you expect at a place that is requiring masks to be worn before you can even enter. Just a gross place. Wouldn’t recommend..
