I’m not sure about anybody else’s experience I can only speak for my own. But I had the most pleasant experience there, Paul was amazing and very personable. Also, the process to schedule and my appointment time was easy and they got me in and out quickly.

I arrived over an hour ago, and did not have an appointment. I wasn't sure when I could get here. There are no humans here to speak with, and no one is nice. This place is a joke if there wever was one. Horrible customer service.

No personnel to assist, appointment phone number hangs up on you on you. Online online scheduling doesn't work.

I've been using Quest for years. It's convenient and I like that I can make an appointment and usually they take care of you pretty quickly. I rarely have any issues there

I've been going there for years today was the last day ever, rude rude...... I got there 6:50 a.m. I was the second person in line, choose appointment walking I choose walking no appointment till 2: 30pm in the afternoon, next guy at the same problem lady work there came out we asked her real rude either you could get an appointment on there or call that number points out a number, ask her why is the same 2:30 a.m. at 6:50 in the morning well that's the appointments we have it was only three people left, after this took a while they couldn't take blood that only takes a couple minutes, I got frustrated left was calling and number to make appointment Friday 10:30 a.m. check for one on Monday in the morning at 7:00 2:30om next appointment that at work that she's another one not till March 18th ridiculous.. call labcorp they said come up here no problem took my orders friendly... Y'all are joke do not go to this place... Good riddance and a lady at LabCorp they get so many people that leave you all being rude and don't want to service service people.... She was blown away how they didn't want to take a walk in.... Goodbye🖕🖕

Bad business processes. Had bloodwork done in November. The person did a decent job of drawing my blood. Thus the two stars instead of one. I created a login for quest to see my results and pay my bill. My results never showed up on myQuest account. I called the number to ask them to post it after two weeks. Never could reach anybody. Finally I faxed the request and they uploaded the results in my quest account. Then, when I got to my doctors office, Quest had never sent it over even though they had all the information from the original order. Took a lot of time waiting to get the results into my doctors hands. I wish I had printed them out. I didn’t know it was my responsibility. Next, I got a bill for over $600 with nothing being paid by my insurance. I had already met my deductible so I was surprised. I contacted Quest via their website and they open a case with an assigned number saying they would review the problem and get back to me. They never got back to me other than re-sending the bill. I then called my insurance who said they received the request for payment but the codes were incorrect and they could not pay. I then created another message asking for them to send in the correct codes to Blue Cross Blue Shield. That’s where I’m at in my part-time job of managing quest diagnostics business process. My quest continues to wrap this up. I pay my bills but I’m not paying anything I don’t owe because of codes. Very tired of this time consuming process.

I Had blood work done 2weeks ago, I’m actually starting to believe they misplaced my lab work. I have yet to receive any results. They didn’t have problem billing my insurance, but dragging their feet on getting my results to me. Usually the lab tech verifies your name on the tube, but this time the technician did not, which really leaves me to think that it had to be misplaced. Smg

Had an amazing experience with Joy. She was great with my child and taking blood. She put the kiddo at ease and it was the least painful lab we have done so far. Keep it up and this is a great place to go! In and out within 15 minutes of our appointment!
