I make appointments at this location. I'm always in and then right back out. The poor reviews on here is not fear to this location. The website is a mess. However, the staff can not help that. Be kind people.

This Office took my appointment confirmed it, and then reminded me about it via text message. When I arrived for my appointment at 6:45 AM I was greeted by a sign that said that the office is no longer open and that I need to set up an appointment at their other Cape Coral location. Of course the other location has no appointments available for weeks. I need these test results from my doctor appointments. Very unprofessional. All they needed to do was tell me that they were closing and I could have rescheduled. Just cost me time at work and I have to try to go there again tomorrow

I’m very bad with needles and the two ladies that helped me were amazing at making sure I felt safe and taken care of. I explained I get very sick when my blood was taken. They were so extremely nice to me. Made sure if I needed to stop she would. Brought me water directly after finishing the last vial. So thankful to the two kind ladies and the front desk lady as well. You guys are awesome.

Made a 7 am appointment for the facility on Milton Street. When I got there, they told me that I didn't have an appointment. After being refused entry, told the door keeper to check on her systems computer. She told me that my appointment was at the Delgado facility. I know that I did not pick that facility because I didn't know it's location. Good customer service would have been to take my samples even though I was at the wrong location since they located my reservation in their system. Instead, I was forced to drive across town and made to wait since I was late for my appointment.

Didn’t have an appointment, waited an hour and a half, which was now 1pm, for someone to tell me I have to wait until ALL appointments are taken, then it would be my turn. Girls checking people in hardly speak English so it’s hard to understand them. One took a big sigh at me because I couldn’t understand the last part she was saying. I wouldn’t waste my time coming to this location ever again. Maybe they all need to be trained on some customer service skills and probably explain to patients how things work.

I like the Fowler location but it was closed by the time I showed up . I ended up picking up stool test containers at the Cape Coral location and my husband picked up his set of containers near work at NE Naples location. He was given extra bottles he didn't need and no instructions. I was not given written instructions either at Cape Coral. The tech made sure to take my co-payment, but when I asked for written instructions she said there was no need for them. I asked how long do I have before the samples need to be processed, she said it doesn't matter. She was very rushed and quickly went over how much stool in each bottle and which to freeze and which bottles to keep at room temperature. Frankly,by the time I got home, I couldn't remember everything and ended up doing things incorrectly. I was also not told that I only had 48 hours to return the frozen samples. I had to call my Gastroenterologist on Monday and he suggested to pick up new bottles and start over. This time I went to the Fowler location and although they didn't give written instructions either, their verbal instructions were clear and they answered all my questions. Considering how much Quest charged my insurance for these tests, the minimum they could do is have written instruction to go with the stool kits. Also, have more training so techs know how to answer questions about proper use of these kits.

If I could leave 0 stars I would for this particular experience. I've had a lab draw there before without any issues, in and out in literally 10 mins. This however, isn't one. I need a pre employment drug screen. Hours on here are 6-3. Ok, cool. I go in around 2:15pm today, and check in with my credentials and have a seat. 30 seconds later, she tells me no drug tests after 2pm. TAPED by someone on the door. They refused to see me, so I had to call HR and let them know. As far as I know, this is a CORPORATE business, and posted hours on the door that are decal on the door would maybe supercede White paper taped on? Hmmmm?

I needed blood work done for a doctors order and had it done this morning first thing. By far the best experience I've had getting blood work done. I'm very impressed with the very well organized procedure getting checked in especially during this pandemic - they were very understanding, patient and respectful. Everything was clean, sanitized, employees wore PPE, a face shield and other protective clothing. I was in and out within 10 minutes and the needle was painless with how professional they were able to stick and extract my blood. I'm 20 years old now but with experience with getting my blood work done growing up with LabCorp, they we're were always very rude, impatient, and I used to even beg my mom not to take me back to LabCorp while the waiting times were too long even when the appointment that was scheduled in advance. I wish we would've gone with Quest a long time ago. This Del Prado Quest location is leading by example with high standards of how a lab company should run. Keep up the good work and thank you for exceeding my expectations! :)

By far the best experience I've ever had at any Radiology or lab work location. I had no appointment signed in at the kiosk and literally 7 minutes later I was back there getting my blood drawn and 2 minutes after that I was on my way I also had my two children with me. I couldn't have been there more than 10 minutes from the moment I left my car to the moment I got back into it five stars great staff! And the most pain-free blood draw I've ever had I thought she touched my arm with her finger by the time I realized she had already stuck the needle in we were done@
