I have been using this place for sometime now and I have liked it for the most part. One incident today should not determine a bad review however the gentleman that apparently is newer has a terrible attitude. I simply asked about the complementary towel only to hear that it wasn't turned on. I still have to pay full price so do I pay for his attitude as well. I always tip well and i tipped him well for a 15 min cut but I promise if I go back and he is there I will go somewhere else. Everyone else there has always been very nice. So they responded with thank you

Great as always! Got a great haircut and beard trim. Always great staff. I wish I had the lady's name to leave her kudos. But, they have all 3 been great as all have cut my hair. Owner should be proud of today's crew.

We vacation here often, and always tend to get a haircut while here. Today was bad, guys. We were walk ins this morning and were told 25-30 minutes. 50+ minutes later my son was finally seated, followed by my husband a few minutes later. In accurate wait times drive me crazy, just tell me a real time. I could have rescheduled to come back later. And the haircuts are bad, my sons cowlick is now just sticking straight up and my husbands hair is not even on either side, one is much longer. They ask you if it looks okay at the end, but what can you say at that point? Won’t be returning here, super bummed!

I have been in this location for a haircut 15-20 times and only 2 or 3 were decent. NONE of the stylists there understand math. I always ask for my hair to be 1" long, and none of them can cut it that long. The last cut I got was so bad, I did not ask her to fix it, I just wanted her to stop. She did not blend any of it, it looks like there are just chunks missing. She did not let me face the mirror to watch the horror, then showed me my hair in a little mirror. I will never go back and I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Service: Haircut

I have never reviewed a place, I received one of the worst hair cuts ever.. I asked for a very low taper, what I received was probably a high fade. I understand they are used to doing military cuts so I somewhat expected that. However, my hair wasn’t blended at all, the sides weren’t even to each other(fade stopped at different heights on each side), and I had uneven hair lengths. To prevent further damage I just paid and went to my barber a couple days later so he could fix it. Don’t recommend Service: Haircut

Husband and son got horrible haircuts. She did not blend at all and so uneven. Hard part is my husband didn’t want to offend her. Older woman with a cheek piercing. He has been before with different stylist and had great results. Service: Haircut
