We vacation here often, and always tend to get a haircut while here. Today was bad, guys. We were walk ins this morning and were told 25-30 minutes. 50+ minutes later my son was finally seated, followed by my husband a few minutes later. In accurate wait times drive me crazy, just tell me a real time. I could have rescheduled to come back later. And the haircuts are bad, my sons cowlick is now just sticking straight up and my husbands hair is not even on either side, one is much longer. They ask you if it looks okay at the end, but what can you say at that point? Won’t be returning here, super bummed! ~Jessica
