Staff was impersonal! Too busy talking with each other and not giving the attention deserved to the customer. I wanted 3/8 inch cut off and got 5/8 inch taken off. I don't mind it being shorter but it was gapped and not blended in at all! Didn't ask if I wanted mvp at all but after my cut she asked if I needed a shampoo in a manner like she didn't really want to do it at all! That was the quickest shampoo I ever had at a sport clips! And to top it all off I didn't even get my military discount! I should have went to the Destin sport clips , where they actually go above and beyond to give the customer a great haircut and experience! Service: Haircut

I’m 90% sure there’s people in there getting hair cuts off the books because names wouldn’t change in the line but people would be walking in and out. Franchise owner should probably look into that. The service was above and beyond. I left Texas and did not get a chance to get a haircut. This was my first time in and it was amazing. I will have to come back when i am in town again. Service: Haircut

If you want a good inexpensive mens haircut without a long wait this place is a good choice. The online sign in queue system make the wait time only a few minutes at most. I have had three different people cut my hair, and all were good. You can see online if your favorite is working and specify her if you want.

Ashley was rude to me on the phone. She insisted that only I could cancel my appointment at this location (to use another sport clips location) or it would "mess up my numbers". Since there is no way to cancel from my end, I was forced to ask the Destin location for help in cancelling and re-registering for a haircut. While they were helping me, the wait went from 42 minutes to 71 minutes. If Ashley had done her job, I wouldn't have that extra wait time (That messes with MY numbers) and the frustration of being disrespected. Good luck with your future if you're gonna let employees treat customers this way. And if you're argument is that's the way the system works, then your system is wrong as well.
