Not happy to be told 10 mins and 30 mins later I'm still waiting and was not told they were changing fryers out first. Just be honest and up front. I could have made other choices instead of waiting but now I'm already in this long. It better be fkn hot hot fresh

Niceville store never has all the items I shop for! I can go to the one in FWB and they have everything. Why is the Niceville store not the same?????

We are from Georgia for a death in the family. Margo in the deli was so sweet to make up several sub sandwiches for us, so we'd have easy snacks available. Several other employees helped us find the stuff on our list, too. I love Publix.

Like all Publix locations this one is well maintained and clean. They have a deli area that is well stocked. All of the employees are friendly and very helpful when you are searching for a specific item. Great place to grocery shop in Ft. Walton Beach.

July 21, 2022 Update: Super friendly staff at deli and bakery departments. Shout out to Jess who made amazing "Cajun Turkey & shrimp Poboy sub"! Added Veggies/fruit for kiddos, perfect quick lunch! 👍💕 Summer 2021 Nice and clean store. Most of staff are friendly and helpful.

Always super clean and friendly staff, but for some reason you get the feeling your being watched by employees to make sure your not stealing. I don't know how you could in this store, but that's the overall feeling you sorta get. I know people say if you're not doing anything wrong you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Although Seems every time when I'm shopping with a cart I pay within 100-175$ each time cause groceries are astronomical. So over all store is wonderful and clean an parking is plentiful, but you get the feeling a Mgr or shift manager is watching you. I'm new to the area so I have no history with the store so if any of ya all be thinking I've stolen before.... ahhhhh no.... I work for a living. But when ur shopping and comparing prices just look around for yourself next time or 1st time. Seems if they don't know your face from prior visits. You maybe a Thief??!!

Spot-on is always. Still need to work on getting the items in the stores so shoppers can fulfill the orders. Or make the customer aware that they are out of that certain item/items so they can go ahead and have a replacement placing the order. Instead of having to search for something not there and take extra time / hassle to come up with a replacement while keeping the shopping to desired time requirement. ** Side note*** And would somebody please fix those scales so they're not leaning forward and you can actually weigh something on them without it falling out, 😂 it'd be greatly appreciated thank you..!!!

Terrible haircut. Took no more than 10 minutes. Asked for advice about the length and layers, regarding the texture, shape of my face, etc. She just said it would all "look nice," "that'll look nice" etc. I put my trust in the hands of "an expert." After finishing, she came back because I was still trying to style it myself and had to get her to come back and cut some shape around my face. While in my car, I still couldn't believe the lack of care put into my hair and scheduled elsewhere to have it fixed tomorrow. Her name was Kayla. And I'm pretty sure she was just the receptionist. (Publix location) Be aware.

It's Publix, nuff said. 😁 But in all seriousness, it's another great Publix location. Our entire family genuinely loves shopping at this Publix location. Staff is super friendly. Food is always delicious and fresh. Inside is very clean. Aisles are well organized. Unlike other supermarkets you never get lost inside Publix. Often they have good deals on various produce products. And location is also very conveniently located. Plenty of parking space and easy to access from Hwy 20. CDC's COVID-19 mitigation policies are practiced by staff members religiously. Overall very pleasant place to shop for all grocery products.
