I wanted to make a review on a particular cashier. Rean is an amazing employee. Whenever I go in there he is often working alone. If there is more than one customer ready to check out, he will run all 3 registers to get the line moving and not make people wait. I appreciate his motivation and work ethics. He doesn’t want to keep a customer waiting. Although I don’t mind waiting most of the time, he does an amazing job and goes over and beyond. I wanted the company to recognize him for how much he does keeping customers happy. He is always on the move and always so friendly. Give this young man a raise!!! I love the other cashiers too as I am a regular. But Rean definitely deserves some recognition for his work.

So what's up with extremely bad customer service at convenience stores lately? It took three months to even get a rewards card good for discounts at this company. The service has been hit or miss depending on what time you visit, who is working behind the counter, and given its location next to the high school. Due to the rewards card program being down following a recent computer system conversion, the person identifying himself as the manager at this location refused to honor a posted correct price with the use of the rewards card, stating he had no work around. When he was advised that a clerk on a previous visit had entered a manual coupon code and did what he was now refusing to do, he stated that this was stealing from the company, and also that this was probably the reason the store was experiencing ten to fifteen dollar shortages every night. He continued rambling on about issues like this being above his pay grade and he wasn't going to risk losing his job, and on and on rather than simply comprehend that this was stealing from customers in a manner that falsely inflates his sales figures and pads his bonus. Generally, using the rewards card earns cents off gas purchases. I had purchased gas the other day and sure enough upon checking the receipt, the discount hadn't been applied. FYI, following this unfortunate encounter, the competitor across the street provided excellent customer service (we're talking pleasant, efficient, prompt service) while yes, wait for it... honoring their posted price for the items purchased.

First time at the one on Palm Blvd in Niceville. Very nice and clean. Good variety of shelf foods beside packaged small donuts, drinks of all kinds and hot dogs and 3 or 4 different kinds of finger food on the hot grill in the back. Enjoyed my hot dog very much. Nice ladies working there making sure you have found what you wanted.

I guess corporate is too cheap to afford a second cashier. This is not the first time that this has happened. I literally waited 15 minutes to buy one item. You guys are doing everyone a disservice by not having more employees on the clock.

On Sunday August 11, 2019 at 2:35 pm I stopped in this store, for a simple cup of coffee and cupochino. The store wasn't really that busy, however...........the store was nasty, and not clean. The coffee station looked like a tornado had hit it. Coffee spilt EVERYWHERE. Paper wrappers, crumbs, straws, trash all over the counter. Cupochino machine wasn't working, and the coffee I wanted, barely dribbled out. It appeared empty. I just set my cup down and left the store, in disgust. I went up the road to Cefco and got what I needed. I like Tom Thumb, but y'all's store at Partin Drive and Palm Blvd., gets nastier and nastier EVERY DAY. This store needs to be overhauled ! It used to be one of the best. Not anymore. Sad.

It's a gas station, cornerstore and slushie stand all into one. Fast service even though there was a line and with clean restrooms as well as pleasant employees. Plenty of pumps with airpump and vacuum for your car.

Gas and convience store. Basic items in store, such as milk, bread, chips, candy, soda, etc. They also have draft beer. Staff is sometimes friendly, depending on when you go and who you get. Some are obviously hating life. Has a Redbox out front. Usually very busy.
