Stopped for gas, did not go inside. Area around pumps was clean, wind sheild washer fluid filled but dirty, paper towels available.

I have Been getting gas here once a week for the last almost 6 months. Very rarely if ever do they have paper in their receipt printers. I have complained a couple times to the employees who all say they are too busy waiting on customers (which they would have less of if they didn't have to come in to get receipts!)to fill the receipt printers up. At night there's 2 gentlemen there, both usually behind the counter...always laughing and joking, talking about movies instead of putting paper in the receipt machines. During the day today there were 2 girls there who were inside talking, (only 3 customers, myself 1 of the 3)instead of going outside and putting paper in their receipt machines. Their customers have to walk through the rain the wind and the cold because they're too lazy to put paper in the receipt machines. I talked to Li** the manager...she didn't care. Today they also charged my account $74.00 for gas, I got $32.02. Again spoke to manager Li**. She said bank puts a hold on funds. I called the bank they said NOT TRUE...store requests hold and dollar amount. Called Li** back, asked what the hold is for..she said ("I don't personally put amount of funds on hold" after she lied the first time) the computer does, it should come off in 24 hours. I have been going there every week for almost 6 months at close to $100.00 at a time, not once have they put a hold on funds....never again! HERE IS 1 LESS CUSTOMER THEY WILL HAVE TO WAIT ON.

Came in for energy drinks and gas after a long double, Heath’s bright energy and funny personality made the end of my day a positive one. He helped me realize a deal on my energy drinks and there were no problems when I went to pump my gas. More people should be like Heath. My favorite worker!

It’s pretty inexpensive compared to other FroYo places, but it is at a gas station and the toppings are limited. There’s no fresh fruit or anything and some toppings are stale, but if you have a craving and don’t want to go all the way to Destin, this will get the job done.

I stood at the counter for at least 30 seconds before maybe 2 out of 5 employees which seem to be so caught up with what was going on on the floor. Both employees that noticed me looked at me and focused on what apparently was so important on the floor. I don’t mind the wait for a few seconds or minutes. But at least let your customer know that you’d be right with them. I worked in retail for a little while. And we was taught that Customers come first.

This store takes an average of 20min to stop and get coffee in the morning between 6:00 and 6:30. 1 cashier working and 1 watching. Doesn't even bother to try and help out with 15 people in line. Ridiculous. Who ever manages this store needs to review the cameras and staff with workers not watchers. Had to stop going there in the morning because of this.

Friendly staff and very clean. My only two issues with the place is that the pump always stops at 3/4 full and locks you out of pumping the rest. Also the car wash air dry stops with 15 seconds left on the clock. Other than those two things this place is great.
