Kim and Jamie the managers there were very helpful. I know they must be extremely busy but they were still able to get my issue resolved. The excellent customer service standard at Tom Thumb is why I only go there if I can.

Yeah they don't clean them between each customer that's for sure they can't there's too many people most of the time thumbs the store itself is okay they need to work on the some of the people that they have working for him I can tell you that much now it's not one of my favorite places to stop there's a couple of them I just totally refuse to go in because of the people that work in there but you pick and choose your battles I'll just go somewhere else but if you're looking for convenience and you know cleanliness it's usually always pretty clean everyone that I go into so they have a variety of stuff there prices are reasonable so I go to Tom thumb at least three times a week

Have had discrepancies in fuel amounts at this gas station and the one at 399 and hwy 87. I Have a 20gal gas tank and has registered over 24 gal on separate occasions.. This has happened before with at other t t locations. I think consumers are being scammed. Sometimes it is only 2 or 3 gal but that much on each customer adds to a lot of money. I have receipts to prove these claims.

Chris is the WORST Tom Thumb manager. He's not friendly at all. As a matter of fact he's a bit rude and ALWAYS makes me feel like I am bothering him, by wanting him to ring up my purchase. The reward points aren't working here and haven't been in a cpl wks. ENTER AT UR OWN RISK! Kroger really should keep up socially as well.

What is the point of having the rewards card if it doesn’t work to get gas?? I saved up to 880 points go to get gas for 80 cents off and it says no rewards! Go inside to get them to do it so I get my rewards tells them the same thing event with a receipt showing I have the points!! The cashier tells me no clue what to do BUT i have til the end of next month to use them!! What? I want to use them right NOW!! I was so mad!

This store is usually busy, wait in line is not long. But this store has almost everything I want. The staff are quick and friendly. The sale prices are great and worth the stop.

I had a cappuccino. It was a white peppermint amazing mocha. It was delish. It was already sweetened and it gave me a great pep for my day. Will definitely be back for another one day.
