Kim and Jamie the managers there were very helpful. I know they must be extremely busy but they were still able to get my issue resolved. The excellent customer service standard at Tom Thumb is why I only go there if I can. ~Brody

The cashier at this location named James is a great employee. He was working up front this afternoon. He is very welcoming, has great customer service skills, and he works hard. Going through his line brightens my day every time! Most of the employees I’ve encountered at this location are very friendly and helpful, but James really stands out. ~savannah
