I'm only going to give him one star for this company right here whoever owns this the people in here and this company of 7-Eleven owner and the employees are very nasty rude people and on 436 Thompson road don't ever come here I want to tell you why because I did not have enough money to buy the big soda the fountain soda so I switched it to one on medium size and I was going to pay for it but when they being rude and obnoxious and nasty I decided to leave it they come up to me a certain way approach me a certain way with aggression they need anger management they need some help they need to go back to employment and learn how to say good morning and good after noon they could treat the customer and the employees with professional certain way because they're going to lose customers no one's not going to want to work there for the attitudes, say mam sir good morning good afternoon polite me but they're obnoxious they're real they did not came out a certain way with me they would approach me both of them like they want to attack but they attacked me with words the wrong way never going back there again. .I've been to another 7-Eleven and they're more friendlier than these people .they are very rude and very obnoxious people and they need to get fired for their business and customers. not a friendly place. and i am not going to buy anything there no more i did not have the money enough to pay for the cup i wasn't it. i will soon stop by very soon to pay for the cup. I will give them $3.00 for the cups and never be their customer. this is my very first time in my life that nobody ever treated me or being rude, anyway. this was the first time these people were in 7 eleven. managers are very rude to attack. gang up on me

Cany's dayshift store looked so noticeably nicer and well kept!! And the hand sanitizers inside as well out, at each fuel station w/ plenty of paper towels and plenty window cleaner water in each two of four fueling stations. Many cold and hot drinks and food choices also made. wonderful experience not easily forgotten! Ya know?! pumps. very clean and organized. She is a working manager that is smart, fast, multitasks well and quick with a smile and patient with explaining and answering the customer's questions or complaint. As a handicapped senior (like myself it meant the world. Bless this Thompson Rd. Seven- Eleven , a especially Mrs. Canyon!

were leaving 3a.m. for our drive back to new york,we needed coffee badly and they would not serve us but told us they were only serving door dash!!! really?? How ridiculous!!! so, if we sat in front of the store and went through door dash to place our order than we could get our coffee???

Horrible Experience! NICOLE WAS JUST TALKING LOUD ON HER phone for the whole time a line was building at the front. All the employees were not at the register! Nicole was on her phone talking very loud at the back of the store, she refused to listen to me asking to check out, 6 mins later nicole still on her phone talking to someone. I had to yell for her to hear me! And i hd to put my card info 3 times! she did not hang up her phone and I had to leave. I will not support employees who do not care about customers !

Friendly but charged me a coffee price for hot water very cheap 7 eleven normally charges 25 cents for the cup or give it for free. Just a bunch of Penny pinchers as if you weren’t rich enough! Your a disgrace to your country the land of the “free”

I wanted to post this review in order to let customers and everyone that reads it know a little more about the service of this particular 7-eleven. I am not one to post reviews and such but being that this just occurred to me I decided to post it. Today: 6-116-2021 @ 10:35 am Went walking in to the store to get some drinks and food as my car is being serviced. The store is walking distance from my business so why not? After going in I received a call to discuss some issues over the phone and decided to put it on speaker as it was a quick conversation taking up no more than 5 mins. While speaking on the phone I notice the clerk, who is an older man from the Middle East, looking at me and following me with his eyes. After a few seconds he preceded to ask me if I needed help with something to which I answered “not yet, I’m on the phone”. Once he heard my answer he asked me to step outside because he does not like to hear the conversation, it bothers him. I quickly was in shock at the way he tried to handle this situation because it is not how I would expect a customer to get treated. I continued by replying that’s not a problem, but this will be the last time I come here to shop. He did not mind it at all instead he lifted his arms and did the shooing away motion as if I was a street peddler or something. Now, my question is: if he has the right to shoo customer’s away because he does not like them speaking out-loud or having conversations on the phone then we, the customers, have all the right to let him know that we do not like him speaking back and forth in his language to other co-workers while attending us, the customers. Not only this, but we also have the right to tell him to please not put his eastern music so loud as we do not understand what is saying and only benefits them as they speak and understand the language. Advice for the owner: If you would like your sales to increase then please be respectful and say things in a more caring manner. Be a little more emphatic to your customers as they are not only a dollar $ign. Proper way of speaking would be: “Hello, thank you for coming in to our store, we’d love to see you more often. Also, could you kindly lower your speaker or could you step outside for the call so as to not disturb the other customer?” These are just some examples of things that could have been said in place of how I was spoken to. Professionalisms is essential specially in the customer service industry. We operate a company with 6 box trucks and 3 compact vehicles all needing to gas up every day before they head to their routes. Needles to say, this gas station/convenience store will no longer be considered as the main fueling station. Hope this help everyone that comes by this review. The staff was very rude and used The N-word btw( none of them were black ) multiples times while was there.. They said multiple times in front of my face while I was in line being the only black person in the store at the time I felt very disrespected. I dont recommend spending your black dollars.
