Convenient location with mediocre, at best, service generally. The pharmacy is hit or miss. Today was a total miss.They hung up on me twice when I was trying to check on why my heart medication prescription was not ready after 3 days.....smh. At least when you go there you can be met outside by someone sitting by the door asking you for money......yes, really.

Review of the Walgreens located at In Aventura, FL my family has been a loyal customer and myself for over 30 years, I am switching to a different pharmacy because the pharmacist Miss Raquel Daniels, which is rude unpolite, she clearly knows her team dropped the ball for not being able to locate my meds, they say it’s because I have two profiles. since May, Miss Daniels blames my doctor should more accessible when I call, but the issues weren’t my doctor but here team I literally only went to the 3 times this month to the pharmacy. I have diverticulitis I’ve been in unbearable pain! I’m 6ft 220lbs, I can handle pain, but this isn’t right, no one should ever have to go through this, my doctor’s office sent the prescription 4 times since May 21 it’s now June 21st. when I showed Miss Daniels my stomach and how bloated I was she said I was part of the problem that I spoke to fast. Not even I’m sorry you’re going through this will speak to my team, investigate this matter, so it never happens again. Perhaps she is incompetent it’s clear that this should have not taken me 4 total visits to get this prescription filled. WE DON’T NEED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE OR INDIVIVUAL IN AVENTURA, WE NEED A HIGHER CALIBER OF INDIVIUAL. Perhaps she is better fit in another city but not AVENTURA. I will take this to corporate for sure. I will also inform the UNIVERSTY OF MIAMI of her comments, if all we all put a little effort into treating other brothers and sister better the world would be a better place. i

I had a COVID test appointment here on 6/16/22, but I had to wait 1 hour in the line to take it once I arrived. Moreover, I received the results 75 hours after I took the test —so more than 3 full days. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.

The worst and unprofessional pharmacy I ever been to. The staffing needs more training and probably some customer services classes. Such a shock after visiting here from Colorado. Covid tests take so much longer than promised 2 hours, I haven’t even received results yet for my cruise trip. Any simple questions answered with so much attitude.

Those giving one star are rating their experiences far too high. Except: There is one pharmacist who works the overnight shift every other week. Since I leave home in Miami Shores at about 5 AM to drive to work at the Ft. Lauderdale International airport, I plan my pick-ups for his on-duty hours. Courteous, attentive - actually gets up and walks over to the drive-in window instead of shouting out over the intercom for you to give information. The proper punishment would be for those in the pharmacy to have to wait like real customers for their Rx needs. A. Joke!

Just to add to all other obvious pharmacy flows mentioned by many reviewers here, I also most add that certain pharmacy technicians also offer medical opinions free of charge deciding what one needs to take or not regardless of what the doctor ordered. Could’ve saved ton of energy & $ on insurance. SMH some opinionated techs and rather condescending. Professionalism wasn’t taught apparently.

Dirty store and very very rude associates. Lines wrapping around the store and the manager and cashiers are just talking doing absolutely nothing. The manager was eating actually and chatting as well. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service in a Walgreens! It’s my local Walgreens, shame I will never return again !!!!!

Worse Walgreens ever. The pharmacy staff are very unprofessional. For a neighborhood like Aventura we deserve better service. The pick up is a nightmare no communication no explanation employee very rude.

My mother is old lady and hirt herself. I came to get prescription. I was in the turn of three cars for 45 minutes. The drive-through has option pickup and drop off tha should take a few minutes, but 45 minutes is too long.

I would leave less than a star if I could. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They lose prescriptions and then lie about it. I needed medications which was called in and than they say, never called in even though they see it in the system. I highly recommend using a more reliable pharmacy than this one!
