So much better then the one in the Turnbery.. stay away from that. This is Walgreens and yes the employees are not the best but when you find one they are somewhat helpful and don’t charge extra on top of extra like the one in the Turnberry… I will definitely go back and use this location for drop offs!!!

I had to ask the cashier "Anyone on Here" as the site was empty I wait 10 minutes and she finally comes You got something to drop off? Yeah I just need to print the label We dont print labels Youre a photo and print service also but can't print a pdf Shakes head at me and rolls eyes. No we don't. I go to my car and come back with a label. Great I got the label. I just need some tape to put it in the box. Rolls her eyes If you want tape they're on isle 5 Youre a FedEx but don't have tape for customers? Rolls eyes. No we're just dropoff.

I dropped off a package here and it sat in the office for over 4 days before I was notified by the receipant that they never received the package. When I went to the drop off location they had it in the back and showed absolutely no remorse that it was overlooked by the pick up employee. When I called customer service I was informed they couldnt do anything because this was an un authorized drop off location. No one knows what they are doing...

I went to drop a box and i did not have tape to close my box and they told me to buy tape.. poor customer service...
